Positive: Spacious, comfortable, uk plug points, nice pool. 2 fridges! l
Negative: Not as clean as expected (soiled underwear found in wardrobe), kitchen is tired ( some hob rings not working, dishwasher not stable, units damaged), bath plug did not work. Bit remote for us. Could have been given an initial tour of villa to explain facilities in full (discovered things too late in week).

Positive: Nice house for parties! You wont disturb anyone. The house isnt huuuge, but it is spacious. We were there in the winter time, was cool to have movie nights for 10 people, cook dinners, just have drinks and party. Kitchen is well equipped.
Negative: It’s in the area of farms :D there is a very particular smell outside, especially in the mornings. Inside the house you dont feel it! The tennis courts ground is bad quality i think. You cannot use it some time after rain.. The hot water is a bit tricky :D it is there, but you have to learn and test how to get it :D

Positive: The villa is in a fairly remote location, with full privacy. Close enough to Kiti, pervolia, Mazotos and Zigi, so eating out is easy, but don't expect to walk there. Perfect for ourselves, preferred the privacy. The Villa is well designed, and the pool is securely gated if you have children to supervise. Tennis court is a bit weathered but good enough for children to play on.

Positive: The pool was a great size and really enjoyed the tennis court also the amount of space with 10 of us.
Negative: It wasn’t the cleanest from the beginning, the kitchen the kettle trips the electrics, if you land late there is no water in the fridge which I think a bottle of water isn’t a lot to ask for when you can’t drink the water from the tap.
Summary: Memories made, the property served its purpose it just needs some tlc

Positive: Beautiful property in its own grounds. Very spacious for our party of 9 people.
Negative: Location is a bit remote. Car hire is essential to stay here 20 minutes to larnaca and 10 minutes from nearest supermarket.
Summary: Great villa. Very well equipped kitchen and felt like a home from home

Positive: The host George was fantastic from start to finish. To access the property was extremely easy with the instructions given. The grounds are beautiful, and the space is large and great for a family holiday. The swimming pool was lovely and clean, the tennis court was a great addition with rackets supplied! The bbq area was fantastic for family nights in.!
Negative: The only points I will make to other guests: - make sure you rent a car as you will need it to get around. & also the only down side I can say, is the villa could have been slightly more clean. But all in all a great stay, and would definitely stay again and use their services!
Summary: Fantastic holiday! Great spot, and perfect for families!

Positive: The grounds are beautiful, its great having no neighbours , everything you need is a short drive away, the pool was lovely and warm no need for the heating and the tennis court a real bonus.

Positive: Beautiful Villa in a great location 15min to Airport or 20 min to Larnaca or 2min to the Beach. Very private set in its own grounds with a lovley pool.Large bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen.
Negative: Everything was 5 star with the exception of the bedding which was changed mid stay and it was hit and miss on the quality of the sheets.
