Positive: It's a great place to stay for a relaxing break. Mario was really friendly and helpful and the facilities and accommodation are top class. There is a large supermarket called Plodine (similar to Lidl) within 500 metres, a good bus service to Old Split, (Uber was 10 euros) just over a kilometre to the nearest beach and Znjan is up and coming!! I agree with the other reviews!!

Positive: I loved staying at Villa Anja Lux in Split. Location was good, in a quiet residential area and close to center by car. Me and my friend tried all the amenities provided by the hosts such as swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, table tennis, pool, and we were very satisfied with them. Everything was clean and neat. I also would like to point out the kindness and friendliness of the host. He gave us some restaurant tips, explained everything and really made sure everything was okay during our stay. I forgot some important item after I checked out and returned back home and I didn’t hope to get it back. I texted him and it was so nice of him to send that item to me by post!

Positive: the facility is very modern furnished with lots of amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, table tennis, Billiard. The room is super clean and nice with sea view. The hosts Maya and Mateo were very nice and helpful. they allowed us to check in a few hours earlier and allowed us to hang out a few hours longer at their property even though we checked out to make room for the new coming guests. We got a ride from Mateo to the city. He did not want to charge us but we insisted on paying him. One would need to take the bus to the city but the bus ride is cheap and convenient. host offered to bring us to the city free of charge. Also, living at a place a bit away from the noise and tourist vibe of the city, but mingling with the locals, is quite nice. overall we are impressed with the great hospitality that the hosts showed. Also other people, the lady who cleans the room, helped us to carry the heavy suitcase downstairs. the uber driver helped us find the place. An old man in the village kindly let us the way and firmly refused our tip. we are deeply impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the Croatians!!

Positive: We loved that we could get multiple rooms and still be within the same area to enjoy the pool, hot tub and game area. It was the perfect size for our family. It was very clean, & well maintained. The staff even had milk for coffee, chocolates for the kids (& adults) & were very friendly and accommodating. We did not want to leave.
Negative: Small roads into and out of property, but not a big deal.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay in Villa Anja. The location of the Villa is perfect to get into Split but also for getting to other places in the area. The apartment was clean and our hosts were always available to answer questions. The pool was great and the views overlooking the sea were amazing.
