Positive: Perfect place for a quiet stay en close to the qute harbor of Latchi (12 min walk) The view to the mountains and the see. The bells from the goats on the background, the many birds, butterflies. You have a lot of privacy and the bed is so good. The pool is Nice

Positive: Villa was clean and functional, with very good outside space including a large pool and terrace. The villas are nicely set out surrounded by a fruit farm, so very quiet. But only 10 minutes walk to Latsi village/harbour, so we could easily walk there for an evening dinner.
Negative: Although the villa and rooms are functional, some things in the kitchen are very basic - no method to make coffee (other than a kettle) and they really need some new knives and forks. And they did not provide things like a spare rubbish bag or a spare toilet roll. So every new guest has to go out and buy these things, every week. But these are minor issues - the villa is good.

Negative: Ground floor air conditioning was not included in the price and this was not mentioned in booking.com, only in owner company's website. In addition, the house has damages in windows and electrical appliances (washing machine leaks water, grill not working, etc). In general, the house needs maintainance.

Negative: cleaners were still there when we arrived after 5pm although should have been available from 4pm, we were asked to leave the property at 9am checkout was 10am

Positive: 1. It was good to have a pool 2. AC in the bedrooms 3. The shower had a good pressure 4. Quick reply in booking.com when help needed 5. House was clean 6. They gave us a good number of body towels. 7. Beautiful view as it is located on a hill 8. Close from the center of Latchi 9. There was vines with passionfruit that would fall when ready to eat. This also provided a good shade.
Negative: 1. Furniture was quite old. 2. There was no hand soap in any of the 3 bathrooms. We had to buy it. 3. Staff was always around, and we didn't feel relaxed. On the day that we were meant to check out, someone came and said that she had to check the house because it was "their rules." I understand they have to verify in case people take anything, but this should have been communicated in advance. We weren't expecting it and didn't even know if the person was connected to the property. The other person taking care of the garden and pool was very kind and respectful. However, it was also always around every morning, and we never felt completely left alone and relaxed. 4. The product used on the pool stained all our swimsuits, which are now all yellow. Just mine itself costed £70. The person taking care of the pool put product to clean while I was swimming in it. Every time that we wanted to use the pool around 10ish, he would come to take care of it at the exactly same time. When we complaint about this, the people in charge said that the product should only be put 3 times in a week, and he had already done it 2 days in a row. Also, that should be done in the evening when no one is around as it is a toxic product, and it takes its time to dilute. 5. On our checkout day, this person was also somewhere nearby, obviously checking on us, and when we got to our car almost about to leave, he came to open the gate for us. We just really would like to have had more privacy. It was over the top. They were constantly around. 5. When we arrived, the house had a back door open, that we didn't have the keys for. We asked the person that was helping with the garden for it but he didn't understand so we had to leave the house open all night. The day after, I texted them in Booking.com, and they sent him again to finally help giving us the key. 6.
Summary: Ok, but I would not stay again. Too expensive for what it is.
