Summary: Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. They have two drop off locations close to Florence or midway at another popular sightseeing stop. We really enjoyed staying there and would defenitely do so again if the opportunity arises.
