VILLA ARGENTI is a magnificent prestigious villa with swimming pool immersed in a splendid rural setting with an olive grove of 15000 square meters, just a few minutes drive from the sea and just 500 meters from the town center.
Ideal setting for guests attentive to the beauty and charm of the places, who are looking for a holiday of total privacy and absolute comfort and relaxation.
The villa is located in the countryside of BORGAGNE, a small village located a few minutes by car from the marinas of Melendugno, awarded for their crystal clear sea for the seventh consecutive time also in 2018 with the BLUE FLAG and THE FIVE SAILS OF LEGAMBIENTE (Torre S. Andrea, Torre dell'Orso, Roca, The Grotto of Poetry, S. Foca), is 12 km from Otranto, 23 km from Lecce and about 18 km from the Hilton Acaya Golf Resort, featuring an 18-hole golf course.
The structure has 6 + 2 beds distributed in three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and two on a double sofa bed in the living room.
The villa develops on the ground floor and consists of entrance, living room, kitchen, hallway, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, for an area of approx. 115.00 m2
The structure is completed by a large covered veranda with sofas and a large table ideal for outdoor dining; the external appliances are characterized by large spaces equipped and arranged in a green area with lawn, outdoor barbecue area, parking areas, among suggestive olive trees, various types of plants, multi-colored flowers, all available to the complete and exclusive use of the guests staying .
On the west side of the building there is a swimming pool of about 60 square meters, equipped with a whirlpool system and a large solarium area partly paved and partly arranged in a lawn.
In the solarium there is a large shading pergola covered with straw mats, equipped with an outdoor lounge, which ensures a suggestive shaded area where it is really pleasant to have a drink or read a book, in absolute relaxation and in full harmony with the nature of the surrounding Salento countryside.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary services to ensure functionality and comfort to those who stay; in particular it is equipped with:
Wi-fi network, outdoor shower, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes and anything else necessary for the functionality of the kitchen, large fridge with freezer, TV , mosquito nets on external doors, independent air conditioning in every room.
The price includes the supply of bed linen and towels and the relative changes, in addition to the costs of all consumption.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Argenti. Host Mario, his wive and son are very friendly and helpful.The nice villa, clean and well equipped, with multiple terraces is situated in the middle of an old olive grove.The surrounding garden is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Summary: The villa was very comfortable and just as described. The real highlight was the pool and gardens which were wonderful; we particularly enjoyed making use of the different outdoor seating areas around the house. Mario was an extremely kind and helpful host, making contact with us before we set off with instructions for our arrival and checking in during our stay to make sure all was well. We were conveniently placed for visits to Lecce and Otranto both of which were well worth seeing. In all we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend Villa Argenti.

Summary: We had a truly great time at Mario’s stunning villa. It has literally everything you could wish for when thinking of the perfect holiday. A very cozy and spacious house with a lovely garden full of flowers and trees, fruits, vegetables, areas to cook, relax and of course the magnificent pool area. The villa is just perfectly located, close to beautiful beaches, historical towns like Lecce or Otranto and the village Borgagne itself, which has very chill, authentic vibes. Mario and his family are super friendly, very attentive hosts who make sure you are having a really good time. All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience of Puglia, one of Italy’s most beautiful regions. Mille Grazie, we will certainly come back!

Summary: We have enjoyed a wonderful week in October 2021 at Villa Argenti. The house is a real recommendation for those who enjoy having their own house with full privacy and lots of comfort. We were there with our two kids. The house has a fantastic big garden and very comfortable terraces on all sides and on the roof. Sun, shade, wind or no wind, it is all at your disposal. The swimming pool + lounge areas and outdoor shower were a real treat. As one child couldn't swim yet, the fence to the pool was a handy reminder of the "no go" area. Mario and Antonella are super friendly owners, who were present at check-in, check-out and for spontaneous help needed. Thy have great eye for detail. What you see on the pictures is how it looks like in reality, or reality is better. The terrace is simply great. The town of Borgagne is at walking distance, for Italian style coffee at the local bar or for fresh bread at the local store. Within 25-45 mins driving, several culture highlights can be visited (e.g. Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Galatina). The beach is at 5-10 minutes driving. All in all, we recommend staying at Villa Argenti.

Summary: This property has the most fabulous garden, pool and outside area we have ever stayed in, you are surrounded by lush plants, fruit trees all set in a massive olive grove. It's totally private and there are many outside areas to relax in with lots of comfortable chairs, pool loungers, tables and benches. The owners could not be more friendly and helpful. We have loved our stay and will definitely like to return.

Summary: What a lovely week , we loved the villa so much we only went out for one meal, we made full use of the local food and wines, and cooked up some storms in the well equipped kitchen. Mario and his delightful wife were on hand with any questions we had and were very pleased to be going home with some of there delicious olive oil. Already planning as to how we can come again!

Summary: We have just returned home from a two week stay at the Villa Argenti, just outside Borgagne in the Salento region of Puglia. The villa is fantastic, impeccably clean, cool with excellent air conditioning, and has everything you require for the perfect stay. The pool and gardens are truly wonderful and the fact that you are surrounded by your own private olive grove means there is also total privacy. The owner Mario and his family were always available not only to make sure that all our queries were answered but also to provide tips on where to go and more importantly what to eat; long live Pasticciotto! We will definitely be back again.

Summary: We've spent wonderful two weeks at "Villa Argenti"! The villa is spacious, nicely furnished and very well-maintained. All rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garden & pool are very clean, well-kept and tidy. The garden is just beautiful, with fresh herbs & vegetables (best tomatoes ever). It's perfect for up to six people (we were 4 adults and three little children). The house is located in a quiet area a few kilometers from the sea with beautiful sandy and rocky beaches. You can reach different spots (Lecce, Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, Gallipoli) easily by car. Mario is available any time if you have any questions or need anything. He is very correct, reliable, professional and caring. Mario & his family are great hosts and we can recommend his place to everyone who is looking for a beautiful house to enjoy Salento. Larissa
