Indoor layout:
Entering the villa there is the first, spacious living room with a stone arch separating it from the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, and a dining area with a handmade, wooden dining table.
In the living room there is a cable and satellite TV and a working fireplace. The floor-to-ceiling doors let the glorious, greek sun come in and offer plenty of light in the house. An hallway leads you to the two bedrooms (the first with two singe beds, the second with king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom), the main stone-built bathroom and the laundry room.
All the rooms on the ground floor lead to the swimming pool area.
A staircase guides you to the first floor where you can find a comfortable living room with cable and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a marble fireplace. The numerous windows of the villa let you feel like you are outside and help you get the most out of the abundant, natural surroundings.
A hallway drives you to the three bedrooms (the first with a king-size bed, the second with two singles and aen private en-suite bathroom and the third with two singles) and the main bathroom.
All rooms have their own balcony with breathtaking views.
All the rooms upstairs and downstairs have pool and mountain views.
The furniture are all handmade from wood, marble matching with the traditional decoration.
Outdoor layout:
The plot is completely private with an outdoor jacuzzi pool not heated for 5 people to sit in, an infinity swimming pool 40sqm and a childrens pool.
The swimming pool is infinity, which is designed to give the impression of merging with the horizon.
The infinity pool water falls as a waterfall on the edge of the pool.
Around the swimming pool area are sunbeds and umbrelles.
While sitting outside you can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains and valley, due to the priviliged position of the villa.
There is also a barbecue with charcoal with a pergola and a sink with a bench and a table for you to dine outside enjoying the spectacular nature.
Furthermore there are a lot of sitting spots for you to admire different views.
For our small guests entertainment there is a Playground covered with lawn.
With spacious outdoor area for children to play.
We have a 2-seater swing set for a baby & older children.
Downstairs inside and outside areas are all accessible by wheelchair.
As there are ramps for a wheelchair.

There are fruit trees for our guests in the backyard.

A relaxing enviroment with stone built walls and four stone built water springs you will enjoy listening to the water falling.
There also is a very old church of St Giorgis Methistis, a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful untamed nature.
*Near the village's main square their is a playground for children to enjoy and a soccer field for jogging and playing soccer.
Asi Gonia is an unspoiled village with traditions and local customs that have remained unchanged over time.
*If you want to participate in the local events you are more than welcome to join in and experience local events and traditions.
*The local festival of Saint George held in April a tradition hundred of years old, passed down from generation to generation.
All the shepherds bring their sheep and goats to the village square and milk their herds and give the milk away to the people who are participating.
*You are welcome to join in with local wedding celebrations and experience the local Cretan dances and live Cretan music from traditional instruments such as the laouto and the lyra.
The village dancers wear the traditional Cretan costumes and dance at all local marriages.
Enjoy traditional songs called "risitika" sung by the local group wearing Cretan costumes.
Participating in the celebration of different Saints name day there is a special ceremony held at the churches high up in the mountains as well as in the village.
Episkopi beach is 12km away from
