Positive: The price is reasonable and the lady who checked us in was very accommodating, changing our room for a better view. The room was spacious and the swimming pool is nice.

Negative: The bed unstable and toppled over when moving from one side to the other. Communication was confusing as we were told we had breakfast included but we didn’t and the added cost of the spa facility was quite high. Some of the staff was not very welcoming and sneered and sniggered at our questions.

Positive: Close to main route to ferry port. Restaurant staff helpful when enquiring about gluten free options, especially the young girl who spoke fairly good English.

Negative: Fridge didn’t work and no kettle in our room (although others did have) Tired rooms Noisy Hard beds

Positive: Well located , plenty of parking , spacious rooms. Staff were helpful .

Negative: No hot water , Luke warm in room. Twin beds very noisy. Restaurant closed for food in the evening. Breakfast was ok but hot trays for the bacon and eggs were cold and therefore the food was cold! What could be a good hotel was lacking up keep .

Summary: Wouldn’t stay again although good location for close to motorway

Positive: Spent a few days at Villa Augusta in Valladolid and it ticked every box. The location was spot on easy to reach and well connected to the city. The facilities were clean and comfortable, everything you need without any fuss. The reception was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, always happy to help. And the food was a pleasant surprise tasty, well prepared and with a homely feel to it. One of those stays where everything just comes together nicely. Would highly recommend.
