Positive: We loved the pool! The villa has a great location where a corner store is a few meters away and hailing a tricycle is easy. The pool is cleaned every morning and the caretaker lives just behind the property, so if and when we needed something, they were always able to assist. The air conditioners were also so powerful which was a win especially with the Filipino heat. Also, the caretaker for the villa referred us to an agency, owned by her friend, that does tour packages. The agency is called “Southeast Tropics Travel and Tours” (they don’t have a website yet). Their services are second to none! I would 100% recommend their services. Miss Mae, who runs the agency, really looks after her customers and makes sure they’re being well looked after whilst on tour. They do airport transfers as well! Miss Mae even hooked us up with tours in Cebu 🙌🏽
Negative: The only downfall is the bathroom drains upstairs. I don’t know if they were just clogged but the shower flooded every time it was being used.
Summary: Our stay was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Positive: We enjoy our stay, the villa is very nice, every room have extra bed, good for family, barkadas, and the room is clean, good water heater, and the swimming pool is clean, and the kitchen my brother enjoy to cook our food, and we enjoy the karaoke 🎤, we feel good relaxing at this place, highly recommend this villa, we back soon.
Negative: I think 🤔 the signage, the villa don't have signage, and hard to get book for food delivery.

Positive: My crew and I absolutely loved out entire stay (5D4N)! We stayed here on the 3rd week of September 2025 and the house has only been open for 2 months and so far we've been the 2nd group to stay, so everything in the house was still clean and new. Miss Mae and her staff were very polite and accommodating, especially when our arrival time kept on changing. They arranged a driver to pick us up (Driver fee was 700php (+-$12)), plus they met us personally at the pick-up point and accompany us to Villa Bella. Upon arrival, they keys were immediately given to us with specific guidance on what key goes where, proceeded by a whole tour of the home, and just some general useful information to include things and places around the area. Pre-arrival, we requested for speakers and 2 microphones for karaoke, which they gladly provided at no extra cost! During our stay it was nothing less than an amazing experience! The pool, the ambiance of the home, and just the fresh air. Villa Bella sits at a perfect sweet spot between the needed commodities (or places of interest) and just far enough away from noise pollution. That's why after a long day of going around, the villa was the most perfect spot to be. There is a disconnected house on the property for the home's caretaker Miss Reg, but not to worry you still have all the privacy. She is there for any and every concern you have for the villa (just yell, Miss Reg! toward the trees and she will show up. LoL). The pool is cleaned and filtered every morning for a few hours, but if you want to use the pool early, just let them know. The pool had a decent length with a corner tub for relaxing. The villa also comes with a fully functional kitchen complete with a stove and oven, and the kitchen is loaded with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. The outside area also has an extra gas stove if you don't want to cook inside. A grill is readily available at the villa, just let them know ahead of time if you wish to use it.
Negative: I don't like that I don't have enough space above to type more stuff about our amazing experience. We had only 2 very very very minor issues, (1) was that if food was left on the table, ants would immediately find their way to the table within an hour of us getting up! (2) Would love to have cleaning supplies to clean-up after ourselves after a meal. We ended up buy a Sponge, dishwashing soap, cleaning spray, a few rags, and paper towels. But we didn't mind, people coming after us can use it anyways. Advice: If you feel lazy to leave the villa for whatever small errand or do not have a contracted driver, download the app "BackRide Palawan" (must register)(if you can't register, ask Miss Reg for help!) you can use the app to ask people to run errands for you like, buy a sponge, dishwashing soap, a few rags, and paper towels. The best way is to pay with cash on delivery!
Summary: I wanted to go back as soon as I left!
