Positive: Flexibility. We could leave the key in the lock everytime we left the house so any of my friends could get in when required. The view is great, the property big and rooms spacious. The pool and the sun beds were really good. Great support from Jane to organise activities.
Negative: Some aspects of the proprty feel old (musquitos fences don't close fully, game room features are poor, i.e. the pool table is not straight, kicker, ping pong table and rackets are really old). The beds where not super comfortable and the AC was not included in the price. The internet was only good in the leaving room but not in the rooms). There was no soap included int he showers, nor product for the dishwasher and washing machine (a starter kit would be nice given the price).
Summary: Decent value for money BUT could be so much better with a few changes

Negative: Floors weren't very clean on arrival but it's a dusty country. It is tired in places. Neighbours loud groups

Positive: The villa was very spacious and comfortable, with a great pool and wrap-around balconies on every floor. Perfect for a large group with plenty of activities and close to the bars and restaurants of St Julian’s. The host was very communicative, helpful and easy to deal with, making our stay really pleasant.
