The 19th-century villa is surrounded by a wide fenced garden with a swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers and sunshades, and barbecue ...equipment, for pleasant meals in the open air. In the past, the small chapel of the nearby monastery of the Calvane nuns stood on the estate. The chapel housed the painting called 'Madonna della Neve' (Our Lady of the Snow), to which the building was dedicated. ACCOMMODATION:
The villa, whose entrance is decorated with two 17th-century statues representing two lions, is divided into six apartments of different size, each one with its kitchen, full bathrooms with shower and all furnished in the typical Tuscan style and it's rented all together. All the apartments are provided with satellite TV and Internet connection and one of them is accessible to disabled people.
There are 9 double and 1 twin bedrooms that from 2019 they boast new beds with very comfortable mattresses 26 cms high and 9 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc). On the ground floor there is the larger apt. with three independent entrances and easy access to the garden, a very large dining room of 45 sq. meters suitable for 30 people and a large equipped kitchen (25 sq. meters where usually guests cook for all the group) with 5 ring stoves, OVEN, fridge, freezer, dish washer microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Large private shaded garden with long table and chairs to dine al fresco. Barbecue equipment. private swimming pool.

The owner lives in a separate part of the villa and every day he is cleaning garden and pool. The privacy of the guests is assured.
Within walking distance (800 meters) there is the little village of Montagnana where you can find the Post Office, a cafe, a good restaurant and a pizzeria; in the area there are some very good restaurants and pizzerias, with local dishes and and we are very glad to suggest you some of them.
