Panoramic villa for up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms (two on ground floor) and 7 bathrooms located in the Chianti wine area only 30 minutes south west of Florence;
A restaurant pizzeria and a grocer are located only 1 km / half a mile away while a supermarket and other restaurants are less than 10 minutes drive in Montespertoli.
Its convenient location makes it easy to reach many interesting sites: within an hour drive you can visit Lucca and Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Cortona and many more.
An extensive and thoughtful renovation over the winter 2022 incorporated quality materials and green energy technology including electric vehichle charges. Villa Tirinzano is ideal for those seeking an easy country setting with all the grace and style of a comfortable hotel.
The villa layout makes it ideal for family and friends reunions, providing independency from one another. The property comprises of four independent suites, each one with its own entrance, equipped with a kitchen (breakfast equipment) and dining area. The main dining area is equipped for up to 14 guests. There are three outdoor areas equipped for eating out together and a super panoramic terrace with seats and a barbecue.

Cottage Cipresso comprises of the main dining area for up to 14 guests, a living area with fireplace, service toilet, main kitchen with door to another outdoor dining area located at the rear of the villa.
From Cottage Cipresso you have access to Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 1 (first floor) has a double bed and ensuite bath with shower.
Bedroom 2 (ground floor garden level) has two single beds joinable into a double bed and an ensuite bath with shower. This bedroom can also be accessed from the garden in front of the villa.
Bedroom 3 Suite Bilo (ground floor) is accessed from the outdoor dining area right in front of the villa. There is a kitchen equipped for breakfast and a dining area. This bedroom has two single beds joinable into a double bed and an ensuite bath with shower.
Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 are in the Suite Giuggiolo on the first floor (17 steps). Accessed from an external stairway leading to the scenic little balcony into a spacious living area with sofa and kitchen equipped for breakfast.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds joinable into a double bed and an ensuite bath with shower.
Bedroom 5 has a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with tub and hand held shower.
Bedroom 6 and Bedroom 7 are in the Suite Melograno located on the second floor (32 steps). This is the most panoramic and boast a loggia with outdoor seating looking out to the rolling hills. Accessed via an independent indoor stairway and into the spacioius living area with fireplace, kitchen equipped for breakfast and covered panoramic loggia with table and chairs.
Bedroom 6 has two single beds joinable into a double bed and an ensuite bath with shower.

Summary: We are on our way back from a wonderful week in Tuscany. The house was perfect for a group consisting of grandparents, a family with a 6 year old and our family with adult children and their partners. We were all able to have privacy as well as large communal spaces. The pool was well maintained and great for all of us. Communication was great throughout. The kitchen was well resourced and we used both barbecues. The house is a short walk from a bar and restaurant which was a reasonable meal. Monterspertoli had everything we needed. We would all very much recommend this house.

Summary: We are big coffee drinkers and found that once we figured out how to use the Moka pots, we thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee while overlooking the countryside. Travel to Montespertoli for a quick gelato or bite to eat was quite easy, so even though the property is wonderfully private, it is not too far from things to do. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation with memories to last a lifetime!

Summary: Villa Tirinzano is very special. A fabulous location in spectacular countryside. Everything you could possibly want for a family group holiday. Separate apartments but also great communal living and dining space and great outdoor eating/dining space. The gardens are amazing and very well maintained. The pool area is great too. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely return. Thank you the Tirinzano team

Summary: The Villas was perfect and we totally enjoyed our time there. The location and setting were great. The hosts were very helpful and so kind. They made us feel very welcome. We loved having good private spaces as well as fabulous larger spaces to gather for meals and to enjoy each other's company.

Summary: Very beautiful villa, very clean, with all the commodities provided. The view on the veranda is breath taking , overseeing the Chianti vines !!! This villa is perfect for a big family as it has 4 appartments in the same building. The A/C is very efficient as well. The place is exactly as we see it on pictures. Summary: We stayed at the villa for 10 days in mid June, and we had a fantastic time. The location is central to many great destinations. We were within a quick drive to Florence, Sienna, Volterra, San Gigignano, Cinque Terre, and more. The property is fantastic. We had two families, and we were able to split them up with each having its own floor with a private kitchen, seating area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We also utilized the ground floor with a bedroom and what we treated as a communal kitchen. The property is rather isolated being surrounded only by rolling hills. The nearest property is not close. With that being said, it is a short drive down a slightly rocky road to get to the villa. I also highly recommend the great restaurant right up the street (seems small from the outside, but it opens up to an amazing view on the backside). The pizza and squid ink pasta were favorites here. The pool was a hit with everyone, as well. Great size and seemingly in its own little world with great views of the rolling hills. I highly recommend this villa!
