Positive: We were warmly welcomed. The view is stunning, with greenery, mountains, and the sea all around. The house is spacious and perfect for relaxation. The beach is relatively close by, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, and I can definitely recommend this house.

Negative: one of the two swimming pools was out of service, which was not mentioned in the listing. We had to ask for compensation ourselves, even though the issue was already known. A compensation was offered, which we accepted, but we would have expected a more proactive approach. There were also some problems with the hot water, although since the weather was warm, it didn’t affect us too much. In hindsight, we should have received more compensation. The price–quality ratio was not balanced. Hope they improve the service and learn from this.

Positive: Beautiful, very spacious villa, two storeys, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (and another separate toilet) two living rooms, two kitchens, laundry complimentary wine and fruit, wi-fi awesome view, close to Luca, Pisa and Cinque Terre

Summary: Loved our stay, plenty of space for 2 families and a dog, hosts very responsive and lovely
