Positive: I can’t begin to describe the beauty of Villa Blu. This magical place will stay with me forever. From the most delicious 3 course breakfasts, to afternoon beach walks that felt like it was entirely your own, Villa Blu is truly special and feels like your home. Kamal and his team couldn’t be more attentive and friendly. No ask was too big. And Villa Blu’s resident dog and CPO (chief protection officer!), is the sweetest addition to this already enriching oasis.

Negative: Villa Blu cannot be faulted in my eyes!

Positive: I really loved the concept of this villa where it really felt like home. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the place was super clean and the food very delicious, the view on the private beach was extraordinary we would sit there forever looking at the natural rocks and white sand.

Positive: The swimming pool is nice and the direct access on the beach. The staff are always smiling. They provide beach towels and the view from the room is great

Negative: There is no fridge in the room so we had to ask the staff to use the fridge downstairs. Walking in pyjamas at 3am to drink some fresh water is not the best. The staff apart from the manager does not speak much English. There is only one massage table so we walk 30min to be able to get a couple massages at the same time. And it takes too long to have your breakfast (1h to 1h30min)

Summary: Nice stay if you want to do nothing for a day but no more.

Positive: Wonderful stay at a wonderful location. The staff were great - so helpful and accommodating. Kamal, the manager, was on a much needed break so we were well looked after by Mithun who was always on hand for sorting trips and our general comfort. Thanks also to Dilukshun for lovely food and Lakshan for our lovely clean rooms - and amazing towel art!
