Summary: A very pleasant oasis in a busy city - wonderful garden surroundings and plenty of indoor space for our party of five - 2 mins from Ortholan bakery - not to be missed

Summary: The house was just as advertised, Fabien very helpful and available, I just wish the shower head was not a hand held one, it would seem easy to attach it to the wall, both shower heads the same, a small trash can in each room would also have been helpful, otherwise everything was great

Summary: Fabien is a well-meaning host who is clearly proud of his house. The house was very clean when we arrived although we would have really appreciated an earlier check in time than 5pm. The pool was lovely and the outside seating area was a fine place to eat. The location is excellent - just 2 mins walk from the bus stop which takes you to the city centre in 15 mins. It wasn’t clear to me from the listing that only one of the bedrooms is air conditioned - and off the three that are not, only one even has a mosquito net screen to allow for an open window at night. Some fundamentals were missing - no hooks to hang the showers on, no holders for the toilet roll, for example - and the outside shower was not sufficiently screened off to protect anyone’s modesty. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week in this house - a few little improvements could make it ideal.

Summary: Excellent location - close enough to city (bus stop only 3 mins away) but very quiet and secluded. Easy access to motorway. Parking convenient at house. Close to superb boulangerie/patisserie and supermarkets (all within 5 mins walk). Great property, just as described/photos. Well maintained outside area with gardens and an amazing mirror pool. Outside furniture good. Large property. Well furnished throughout with a well equipped kitchen. Cleaniness was superb and maintenance was good. WiFi worked well and working areas if you need to do some work while on holiday. Large television with Free Box for digital TV. Fabien was a great host, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent communication from booking through to check-in and during the stay. Always available and responsive. He genuinely cares for both his property and his guests. Would definitelz recommend.

Summary: We have enjoyed our stay of 12 days in this beautiful house. It has the perfect location between city center and beaches. Access to public transportation is easy. We loved the bakery around the corner. The house itself, the garden and the pool are so well maintained and well equipped and also very clean! We can recommend this house without hesitation. Summary: Cozy villa, cooling pool, and several options to sit, eat&drink or sun bathing around the house, nice garden. The host Fabien proved to be an excellent host and guided us for options during our vacation. Carrefour supermarket and very good artisan bakery (opens at 06.00! for fresh croissants etc) within 5 min. of walking distance. Beaches nearby (around 20-30 min driving time as well as e.g. Nimes and Uzes in around 50 min. to 1h15min driving time, MPL airport 20 min. Location of this Villa is therefore very good as well: close to the centre but private and quiet.

Summary: This is really a home away from home. The house is near everything ; sea, parks, grocery stores and has everything you need for a long stay. A beautiful and comfortable house, even in winter. The month went by very quickly , we will be back!

Summary: We spent one week at this beautiful villa with our multigenerational family (ages 20-91). Fabien keeps the property immaculate and was incredibly responsive and accomodating before and during our stay. The location is fabulous. We walked to Comedie, drove to the beach and spent many mornings at the lovely bakery around the corner.
