Positive: The apartment was spacious and clean but best of all had an amazing view of Yepton Beach - and all the cruises passing in and out of St John’s. The manager Guirong was super helpful and we hired a car with the property which would highly recommend as there are no shops/ restaurants close by other than the beach BBQ at Deep Bay (15 min walk) but only open at lunch times until 3.30pm. A fabulous spot from which to explore this side of the Island!
Negative: Bring supplies as there isn’t anywhere close by to shop. The bed was a sofa bed which was fine for us for just a few nights. Easy to drive around but beware of all the potholes!!!

Positive: Villa by the Sea was absolute paradise. It is a beautiful property located on a beautiful beach. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen accessories for preparing meals.

Positive: We stayed for 8 nights in a one bedroom villa. We were in unit 14 and the ocean view from our condo was awesome. We can see boats and cruise ships passing by. The suite has a living room area and there is a spacious area in front of the windows over looking the ocean. I enjoyed relaxing inside our condo in the morning with my cup of coffee. The food and drinks in restaurants/bars are expensive in Antigua. We went to Perry Bay Supermarket for our breakfast items and some dinners. The kitchen is equipped with “good enough” cooking utilities to make a decent meal. It was useful to have a washing machine since we were in a week long sailing trip prior our stay and had dirty clothes. There’s a place outside to dry our clothes. There’s a pool but we didn’t use it. The beach was beautiful and the water warm. Guirong was very responsive to our needs and took good care of the condo
Negative: The condo is located in a secluded area with no restaurants/bars/grocery stores within walking distance. Glad that we rented a car from Guirong who manages the condo complex.

Negative: There are no food or drink options within the complex or shops nearby so if you arrive without a vehicle it is challenging !
