4 Bedroom Cottage in Campos

Rural villa located in Campos, in a quiet and natural environment. Close to natural beaches (Es Trenc, Es Dolç, Es Carbó, platja de Sa Ràpita...). It has 7,000 m2 of fenced space, with well-kept gardens, unheated pool, garage and barbecue. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, large living room - dining room, 3 bathrooms and 4 double bedrooms, two with XL double beds (1.50 m) and the others with two single beds each. We have baby furniture (cots and chairs) and a ping-pong table. Air conditioning (hot or cold) included in the living room and in all bedrooms. Indoor wood-burning fireplace-oven. Free Wi-Fi. Satellite TV.
Last year we installed solar panels, so the electricity used on the farm during daylight hours comes from renewable energy. We make the villa a more environmentally sustainable place. During the night, normal electricity is used.
The Ficna is fenced. Pets are not allowed.

Summary: The finca is a bit remote and is therefore the perfect oasis of peace. The house and the entire property are huge and very well maintained. Everything is super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool and the outdoor area are very large and perfect for relaxing. Maria is a great hostess, always available and takes very good care of her guests. The finca looks exactly like the photos. A really perfect place for a nice holiday.

Summary: We enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful and spacious finca. It had everything we needed - and a lot more. The big pool was a highlight as well as the big terrace upstairs with the wide view of the countryside around. Maria was very helpful and sent us detailed instructions for arrival and departure. A great place to feel at home for the vacation.

Summary: We were thrilled with the house: It‘s spacious, clean, has all amenities and it is perfectly located. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. There are just two small drawbacks that could be easilty fixed: Kitchen utensils were old and tired - we ended up buying a sharp knife. A small investment in new pots, knives and bowls would make the stay much more confortable. Also heating and airconditioning need to be paid with coins, every 80 minutes. This was clearly in the description but it really does not reflect the high standard of the house. All in all we can highly recommend the house.

Summary: Everything was great! The house was very comfortable for all 8 of us. The only thing that I would highlight is that the in order to turn on the A/C you need 1 euro coins and we only had 2 euros coins at the beginning but that was easily resolved. Overall it was a great experience! Maria was available at all moments to answer all of our questions.

Summary: The house is beautiful, comfortable, tasteful and atmospheric. Everything was perfectly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pool is very large and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, well-kept. Air conditioning payable, but we didn't need to use it. During the day we stayed by the pool or in the shade of the terrace. At night, it was enough to open the windows and doors and sleep in the fresh air. We were in two families, all eight people. Each family took upstairs bedrooms with their own family bathroom. We didn't use the bathroom in the basement at all. A few days after our arrival, ants and many flies in the kitchen appeared in the house. We dealt with them very quickly. To get rid of ants, wash the kitchen countertops and the floor at home with water and vinegar. Ants don't like vinegar. The flies escaped when we used a chemical preparation that was at home. The house is surrounded by trees and plants, and it's normal for insects to live there. Highly recommended house and its surroundings. It is a wonderful place to calmly relax in your own company and foreign neighbors. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Maria was always available and advised when needed. They helped us a lot when one of us damaged his leg on the last day of vacation. Maria bought orthopedic crutches then and we could go to the airport and come back.
