Positive: The house is great with a large living room and kitchen where several people can eat and hang out. The house also has a large terrace where you can sunbathe, eat and hang out. The house is also about 500 meters from a great beach that exceeded all expectations. We really liked the location of the house. The hostess is very nice and helpful. We are very pleased that we rented the house.
Negative: I can't think of anything. Everything was good.

Positive: Very clean, big apartment in a safe, clean neighbourhood (gated building). The apartment itself is highly recommended for 2 persons. Great Location to explore London, close to Notting Hill. Many Restaurants, bakery, coffee shops and grocery stores around. Good to reach from London Heathrow Airport (to Paddington) via Elizabeth Line or Heathrow Express. Many Bus stops around and underground is also near. Every room was perfectly clean, nice and with new furniture. Appropiate but not luxurious. The advertised Fire Place is a Lamp. The open Kitchen is equipped adequately to prepare your own meals with Basic Equipment. There is a fairly functioning dishwasher and a washing machine. No coffee machine but a tea kettle. Bathroom also very clean with rain shower. The towels were clean. Bedroom with 1 double bed about Queen size. Clean sheets, quite comfortable.
Negative: Unfortunately we experienced some downsides, the majors could be cleared during our stay: The first booking was cancelled ‚by accident’ by the Host. We were asked to book again, but the price went up by 300€ after the cancellation… Late Check-in was requested at time of booking and said that it would be no problem. On the day of arrival while already on our way a Late-Check in fee of 50£ was suddenly required for the time of Check-in that was requested at booking, but later waived after adressing this via booking Messenger. We booked for 3 persons, but the apartment only has 1 Double bed. Our son (6ft tall) had to sleep the first night on the sitting couch without sleeping/pull-out option and without proper bedsheets. After asking for at least an airbed for him one was brought the next day after spending hours chatting via WhatsApp with the Host because he at first could not get one and wanted to have one delivered the third day of our stay. It then was brought on the second evening after also adressing this subject via booking Messenger also. At least the airbed was keeping the air. You would expect a proper sleeping option for the number of persons booked, which wasn‘t the case here unfortunately. There would have also been an extra fee for that air bed, which was also waived after our objection because of a missing sleeping option for one of three Persons booked. Considering the high price of the apartment with more than 200€ per night we were quite disappointed by this whole subject. But thankful that they at least campe up with that solution. The adress in here is not quite exact, we landed at the back of the Building complex and had to be guided via WhatsApp Video call by the Host who was waiting in the apartment. The balcony doors to the courtyard could not be closed in the bedroom, just leaned, and the ones in the living room could not be locked. Also the apartment door could not be locked, it is just pulled to close.
