Overview
Villa Caporlese is located in Province of Terni, Umbria. This detached

Layout
An old farmhouse is situated in one of the greenest areas of Umbria and
only a few kilometres from the Tuscan border. The house has been
recently restored with much care taken to maintain the original
features and has been quite exclusively furnished with period pieces. A
well-cared-for garden surrounds the house with fruit and olive trees.
Broom and roses enclose the swimming pool that enjoys views over the
rolling hills. Only a few metres from the house there is an annexe. The
Main building, which is 200m2, can accommodate up to 6 people. The
ground floor includes a large equipped kitchen with a dining area and
access to the garden, utility room, ante-room, twin bedroom and
bathroom with a shower. The first floor includes a double bed bedroom,
a twin bedroom, a large lounge with a fireplace and outside access.
There is also a bathroom with a bath. The annexe is 40m2, can sleep up
to 2 people and it has a living room with a kitchenette, a double bed
bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The place was clean and the view was stunning. Our host and Housekeeper were really helpful. I recommend this place. Just few things to notice: the place trully needs more equipments (corkscrew, shaper knives, toilet paper…)

Summary: The place is beautiful, very clean and Stefania was just great. Things that need improvement is the stove, flushing the toilet . The dirt rd is really difficult , you need an SUV to drive to the house! Screens are need it for the windows to stop the bugs and other little creatures to come in. The Kitchen also need more utensils The pool is wonderful and the property is well taking care of! Nice place

Summary: My big family was in total awe of these breathtaking relaxing views. For our family, it was a special house with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and nice rustic decorations. We found the people of the Province of Terni very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).
