Summary: Our first visit to Topsail went above and beyond expectations with this property! Simple touches when it came to amenities, cleanliness, and organization truly helped our family enjoy our time at this beach getaway. Aside from the property itself, the beach and pool was never overcrowded and a short drive to Surf City also made for a great experience.

Summary: VERY nice unit, with a fantastic owner/host. Beach chairs, towels and everything else we thought we might need was already there, all the way down to the morning coffee! Facility has multiple pools, hot tubs, a great restaurant and direct beach access. We will definitely be back.

Summary: I wouldn’t have changed a thing! So many little details that made the stay easy. Impressed from the moment we entered, so much thought went into every design choice. You could tell because of how amazing it looks and all the same details you’d never think of but appreciate. Super clean and too many amenities to mention. The host was super gracious and left us snacks when we arrived along with a gift card for the restaurant on site. It was so close to everything such as military bases, restaurants, shopping and of course the stunning beach. Pools were definitely appreciated as well. Can’t wait to book again in the future!

Summary: My wife and I had a wonderful time at The Villa Capriani. The condo is wonderfully decorated, very comfortable, and super clean. The owner has thought of everything that a family could need or want for a stay at the beach. All amenities are right on site. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and super convenient (we had seafood one night and pizza another, both were delicious!). We will be staying there again when we are in the area. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great place to stay right on the beach!

Summary: This was one of our best stays! The condo was beautiful and maintained to almost perfection. The owner thought of everything down to the smallest detail. My girls raved over the cozy blankets. It's in a perfect location with easy access to the pools and great views. I hope to bring my family back soon!

Summary: Our family has been visiting Villa Capriani for over 11 years now and this condo was by far the most beautiful we have ever stayed in at Topsail. The weather was dreadful during our stay but having this lovely place to stay made up for all of the rain! Great beds, the softest of blankets, top-notch appliances and all the extras you didn't even know you needed. On top of all of that, the communication that came beforehand had everything we needed in one email/link. We have normally had to search for Wi-Fi passwords, check-in codes, etc. in different places but this was honestly the easiest check-in we've ever had. It was so hard to leave this little piece of heaven! Hope to be back soon. If you're considering a stay at Villa and this place is available, our family could not recommend more highly!
