Positive: We were two couples staying at Villa Carla, and it was a terrific spot for us. The villa was as pictured, with one bedroom with ensuite bath on the top floor and two other bedrooms with one bathroom on the main floor. The villa was very clean, beds were quite comfortable, and rooms offered ceiling fans and AC (however, staying in October, AC wasn't necessary). The villa was amongst other properties, but was very quiet. The main feature for us was the beautiful terrace with a table, wrap-around couch and chairs. We spent a lot of time outside for breakfast and evening wine. We appreciated that the villa came with some kitchen items (coffee pods, tea, salt/pepper/spices, dish/hand soap, paper towel roll, along with a couple rolls of toilet paper), it was well stocked with general kitchen items. Communicating with Carla was super easy -- she is very friendly and responsive, providing detailed instructions along with recommendations for the area. It was easy to get into the villa, and it provided a dedicated parking spot, which was perfect for our rental car. We didn't use the pool much, but it's a good size and clean, with some deck chairs and nice view of the mountains. As others have mentioned, the villa is above the town and is about a 15-minute walk down (an energetic walk back up), but it's on the side nearest to the marina, along with a couple of small markets for food staples/wine as well as the main stop for the tram to Soller and the beach is a short stroll down the promenade. The villa is also a short 5-minute walk to a beautiful hotel with their Sunset Lounge--definitely recommend a reservation--beautiful views and good food. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying at Villa Carla!

Positive: The property was excellent. It was very spacious, clean, well equipped and it had a gorgeous terrace to sit on with stunning views of the mountains. Carla the owner was brilliant at providing information and very quick to reply to messages. We also had flexibility on checking in/out which was very helpful.

Negative: The only slight negative for us was the pool was very green, the pool maintenance people came out a couple of times to treat the pool but it wasn’t sorted during our stay and it put us off going in as we couldn’t see the bottom of the pool as it was so murky.

Positive: Really beautiful apartment, amazing views! Kitchen really well stocked for cooking. Beds big and comfortable. Everywhere spotlessly clean! Very responsive and helpful host! Thankyou! We had a great stay.

Negative: Only small bit of feedback would be to update the cot. Cot mattress very soft but not ideal for baby if sleeping on their tummy! Would benefit from a new firmer mattress.

Positive: The arrangement of the house was excellent and the view from the outside patio fantastic. The house was very well equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and cooking equipment. The owner was very responsive answering questions and gave several recommendations for restaurants, those we visited we enjoyed! Although we were slightly concerned whether there was sufficient parking, we did not experience any issues during our stay.

Negative: Initially we had some difficulty accessing the internet. Suggest that the internet codes written down are carefully compared with those on the hubs. The owner was helpful in leading to a successful connection and thereafter we had no problems.

Positive: The apartment is stunning with great views. It is well equiped and we really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to the pool to see when it was quiet, but not too close as to be noisy

Negative: Unfortunately the locks on the parking slots had been broken, so you were not certain of a slot, however we were always able to find a place

Positive: Loved the view, loved the pool! Space age fridge and great kitchen. Had everything you need. Comfy beds and sofas. TV worked great. Carla was warm and welcoming and a great host! Short walk into town down hill. Need to take taxi back up as steep (unless you are very fit). Best to hire a car.

Positive: Great facilities in the Villa - lots of space , lots of seating and everything you would need in the kitchen . Two very nice bathrooms . Beds also really comfortable . Lovely to relax on the terrace looking at the mountain. Pool area very clean and and lots of new sun loungers to lie on and soak up the sum 😁

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like -the shower in the morning wasn’t alway red hot but not an issue. The property is located up quite a steep hill from the port we knew this and so took it as a family challenge as to who could get there first! The reward was a fabulous peaceful location view of the mountains and the pool! 👍😁👍

Summary: Great value , lovely location and facilities . Would recommend 😊
