This impressive modern villa is perfectly located in Aรงoteias, Olhos de รgua, 5 kmโ€™s east of Albufeira.
Walking distance to the local supermarket, cafe's and a selection of great restaurants, a car is not necessary to enjoy your stay in Villa Carlivo.
The pool can also be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week / part week.
Set over 2 levels, the villa boasts lovely country views to the front. Entering via electric gates, the beautiful, traditional cobbled driveway leads to the covered parking area.
Inside, the open plan living and dining area are stylishly furnished with a gorgeous, comfortable leather sofa, flat screen TV offering a choice of English and international channels, glass topped dining table with 10 chairs and a quirky seating area around the feature marble fire place.
Sliding patio doors open out on to covered terraces which are furnished with table and chairs โ€“ perfect for dining al-fresco. There is also a fabulous charcoal BBQ.
The kitchen is fitted with sleek white units and a black marble work top. Integrated appliances include fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob, micro wave, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground level; one with double bed and en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms each have twin single beds. One has en-suite shower room and there is an additional separate shower room.
On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. One has a double bed and the other has twin single beds. There is also a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and offering views across the countryside towards Vilamoura and Loule.
Each bedroom, the living and dining area and even the kitchen have hot/cold air conditioning. There is free wi-fi, the windows have electric shutters and a valuables safe is available in one of the bedrooms.
The secure garden and exterior areas of the villa are just perfect. Meticulously tendered shrubs and flower beds surround the villa. The rectangular swimming pool is a great size and offers ample sun bathing areas with sun loungers provided. There is an exterior shower and the swimming pool can be heated (additional costs apply - 200 Euros per week/part week).
The villa overlooks open countryside to the front. There are some beautiful country walks through the pine trees and to the beach.
This is a luxury and elegantly furnished villa, perfect for a family or group holiday in a peaceful area but within close proximity to local amenities.
Aรงoteias is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 10 minutes by car and the latter just 7 to 8 minutes away. The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35 mins.
Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs within walking distance, while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses.
Airport transfers can be arranged. Additional costs apply.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

Summary: Perfect family holiday, the villa was fab, clean and modern, the pool was just the right size for a swim and splash about. Miguel was really helpful with the check in and out. The location of the villa was ideal, for our party of 7 family members, it was out of the way and the nearby restaurants where a 10 min walk if that. I was worried that weโ€™d be in the centre of all the Brits on tour but we werenโ€™t, but if you wanted the nightlife it was a 15 mins drive away. The local people were so friendly and helpful too, first time in Portugal and I would definitely go back, probably to this villa too. Such a memorable holiday. The only minor point was that a fair few of the sun loungers were broken and should have been replaced.

Summary: It was a beautiful villa, lots of outdoor and indoor space. Beds very comfortable, villa had air con and good wifi. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of cabinet space with a useful dishwasher. The pool was amazing. Located in what seemed a quiet area with a small 10 minute walk to local shops and 30 min walk to beach. Good communications from Villasdumas our agent was called Sara. We all had a wonderful time and we wouldnt hesitate in booking again. More parasols around the pool for shade,change of pillows.

Summary: The villa was perfect, the pool was heated as requested. The rooms are nice and the location is near by the beach. The villa is very nice also for small childeren. The villa managar is easy to contact with is nice.

Summary: We are grandparents who entertained our daughter, husband and grandkids, 11 and 13. We all enjoyed the location, spaciousness and recreational activities at the villa. It was close to beaches and restaurants. Lots of bathrooms and towels provided for everyone. The kitchen was large with all needed appliances and a new washing machine was installed while we were there. What a great spot!

Summary: This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this villa because, in our opinion, it ticks every box for an outstanding family holiday with a young family. 1.The coffee machine leaks water. 2. More baking trays would be helpful.

Summary: From booking the Villa to being checked in and checked out the process was faultless. 4 couples stayed for a 60th birthday and golf week and a fantastic time was had by all. We had hired cars for the week but ordering the use of Villadumas taxi and ubers is so easy and cheap. The Villa itself with 5 bedrooms and 4 en suites was why we chose Villa Carlivo and the area was quiet. Perfect. Thank you Villasduma we will be back.

Summary: Another fabulous holiday with excellent customer service from everyone we had contact with at Villas Duma. The villa itself is large, private, well kept and very well equipped, a real home from home. If your looking for a peaceful break in the sun this is the place to come. We can't think of anything that could have made it better
