Named 'The Beautiful House' relax in the Peaceful Villa & pretty gardens, with private sunbathing area & cooling shaded terrace for alfresco dining with bbq facilities. The grounds are walled and gated with secure parking, private terrace and sun bathing area that catches the last rays, UK channels upon request & ES free to air TV channels. You are renting the whole Villa privately, no shared area's 100% private. located in the tranquil famous Spa town of 'Banos de Fortuna', 3 km from Fortuna Town, 25 minutes away from Murcia. The Villa is located in the quiet village of Los Banos De Fortuna famous for it's natural heated spa baths *there are two). Peace, tranquil and secluded location, with walled garden and private pool. (you are renting the whole Villa, pool and garden, not shared) 3km from Fortuna town. Perfect for a Family holiday or romantic getaway, such as an Anniversary or Honeymoon. The Villa is located within walking distance to both Fuente Spa and Leana Spa baths, Gardens, picturesque Victorian hotels and shops selling spa products. Perfect for country style walks & has many historical tourist attractions close by. The stunning mountain views, traditional Spanish taverns and restaurants, offering a menu del dia,which consist of 4 courses and a bottle of wine for €12-€16 combined with the affordable surrounding Spa's offers a rejuvenating break in the sun. Famous for its hot springs which were greatly appreciated by the Romans. Here you will find the natural hot water springs, the water is used to treat respiratory disorders and rheumatism but it's also said to help ease stress and various other ailments. For country lovers, to the south of Fortuna, there is a large lake, enclosed in a nature preservation area and surrounded by woods, ideal for walking or cycling.
25 minutes from Larger Shopping Outlets of Condomenia & Thader which contain most of the main European stores for clothing, home-ware and lots of restaurants.
25 Minutes from the water slide park & natural zoo.
45 min drive to the nearest beach of Guadamar or 50 mins to the busy resort area of Torreveija or a couple of hours from Benidorm. It is a 25 minute drive to the heart of the historical Murcia city centre, with it's stunning square & metropolitan shops & eateries. Whilst we have had guests in the Villa without a car, I would recommend to hire a car & collect from arrival airport. Pets considered, free high speed wifi and TV in English and Spanish languages We live nearby and will clean the pool once per week or more if needed, fresh bedding is supplied per week. Check in instructions are sent with an extensive folder on how everything works & available on what’s app for any help & support if you require. We are available but leave you to enjoy your holiday.

The house is all on the ground floor level with no stairs. Tiled terraces & shaled parking area. The road leading to the gates is tarmac as is the roads around the area. There is an extensive welcome folder, that lists Fiestas, Market days, restaurants, places of interest, shopping, beaches etc. Well behaved pooches and pets are welcome here, the gardens are high walled for their safety.

Summary: The house is in a quiet lane but close to the spa of Fortuna where there are thermal pools and spa treatments available. We found Casa Hermosa to be very clean and well equipped with a lovely garden. We didn’t try the pool as it was too cold but it would be very welcome for a dip on a hot day. It is very quiet at night and we slept really well. Murcia and Cartagena are easy to reach by car and the village has plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to go again in the future.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Hermosa. Host was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa is set in a very peaceful location, surrounded by distant mountains, is fully equipped and very close to the Spa. If the timing allows, visit the market in Fortuna, on Saturday, to get a choice of fresh produce. There’s also a supermarket near the Market for additional items. Spa is great and well worth taking advantage. We will definitely be coming back. Brilliant host and location.

Summary: We chose this very private location to follow up on two weeks in Madrid and Valencia. We wanted down time, something away from the hustle and bustle, but still convenient. Casa Hermosa was perfect. As I write this review, sitting beside the pool, I listen only to the birds. Otherwise, complete silence. The house is large and well appointed. We are able to walk across the road to the resort or to drive three minutes to the Red Lion, a UK expat bar/restaurant which has incredible meat pies and nachos. We highly recommend this location to any who are interested in a similar experience.

Summary: Two weeks just wasn’t long enough. The villa was lovely and cooling off in the pool was great and required often throughout our stay! The second bedroom proved too hot and uncomfortable but once she moved to the sofa bed in the air conditioned lounge our daughter was fine! Paul was very friendly and helpful and the villa was private and well kept, with everything we needed to make our stay go well. Just hope we can return one day. We would all highly recommend The Tipsy Terrace for a lovely meal during any stay, car needed to get there though. Overall brilliant, Thankyou Paul and Tina.

Summary: Casa Hermosa is a lovely quaint property in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the village. The garden has a varied collection of beautiful plants as well as an old olive tree, perfect for sitting beneath for some shade. Although the pool is small, it is just right for a quick dip to cool off in. The patio has comfortable seating with a stereo and a gas BBQ with table and chairs for dining al fresco - great facilities that we used everyday. Indoors has everything we needed for a great stay and the place was very clean. The double bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning really effective. We would recommend this villa to couples or families with two children as the second bedroom adjoins the main bedroom. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Summary: We have just returned for our second venture to Casa Hermosa and as expected we have had yet another wonderful time. If ever there was paradise on earth, it is here. What a wonderful 10 nights we had at Villa Casa Hermosa which is truly a ‘Hidden Gem’. The Villa has everything needed and makes you feel like you are in your very own holiday home. The location is perfect walking distance from three of or four fantastic local Spanish restaurants with La Umbria and La Puerta Grande being our favourites. The refurbished Leanna Spa and bathes are wonderful so much that we visited their pools every day and as the pools are 40 degrees this means that Casa Hermosa can be enjoyed all year round. Paul and Tina are fantastic hosts with nothing too much trouble with unparalleled hospitality and friendship. We cannot recommend this villa high enough as the location is simply perfect to chill, relax and unwind. Tim and Nancy

Summary: We have just spent a very relaxing week at Villa Casa Hermosa and could not recommend it enough. The Villa is well kept and well equipped including a tv, washing machine, garden, BBQ and private pool. There are also plenty of places in the garden for sunbathing. Transport isn’t essential as nearby there are a couple of bars and restaurants, however it would be beneficial as you could then drive to the nearby beaches and shopping centres. Also across the road is La Fuente which is a naturally heated spa pool and very reasonably priced for the day. Tina and Paul are very friendly owners who are unobtrusive but are more than helpful. Thank you for letting us stay and we’d love to come back soon.

Summary: A fantastic week spent at Villa Casa Hermosa. Wish we could have stayed longer! The private pool was great for cooling off after a long afternoon of sunbathing. The villa was extremely well kept and has some very picturesque surroundings. The garden is also very beautiful and was great for having a BBQ in the evenings. There are some lovely bars and restaurants close by the prices at which are extremely reasonable. After a very relaxing week I can't recommend Casa Hermosa enough. I hope to come back soon!
