Positive: The villa is a short walk to bars, restaurants, the ferry dock and the town centre but still quiet in a private location. Laura is a brilliant host and very helpful at all times.
Negative: The bathrooms and showers are a bit dated but it is a lovely old Italian house with much charm. The outdoor first floor terrace is a bonus though there is a bit of road noise at times (though I suspect that is typical of most places in Lake Como). Entering and exiting the car park can be a bit tricky but we managed well enough.
Summary: Cernobbio is a great place to stay for a trip to Lake Como and the villa is ideally situated.

Positive: Wonderful, historic and spacious property. Main floor is well furnished and elegant. Beautiful wood floors. On upper floor main bedroom is huge while the other 2 are smaller but functional; each has 2 twin beds. Great, walkable, but quiet location in the heart of Cernobbio. Overall very comfortable and very responsive management.

Positive: We like Cernobbio that's why we booked. The location is good, just off the street near Villa d'Este, a little over 5 min walk to the pier. We can get breakfast easily from Poletti, our favorite Patisserie right across the street. The old house is quite charming, large and clean though the decor is not what we would prefer but ok. It has a small flowering garden. The 2nd floor terrace is lovely. The kitchen is rather well equipped though we did not cook. The parking is conveniently right next to the house, a Euro25 extra charge/day. We used Whatsapp to contact the agent and they always answered promptly, their representative, Daniel did arrive on time and gave all necessary information, even helped with the luggage. Thank you very much.
Negative: The price was quite steep though this could be seasonal. The quality of beddings is ok, but could be improved with this pricing. The air cond in the 2nd bedroom worked but dripped some water on us.
