New in 2025: an elegant sunshade (remote control) in front of the sleeping rooms adds cozy living atmosphere. The outstanding interiors and equipment make this villa to become your favorite ! With 3 bedrooms (sleep for 6) plus a sleeping sofa in the open gallery abve the living area this villa is equipped with all comfort from towels to bed bags, 2 cushions per person, memory foam matresses. Two fully equipped bathrooms in front of the sleeping rooms and an extra guest toilet on the level of the living area. The tub will be substituted by an large walk-in shower end of 2025. Kitchen: American coffee machine plus Nespresso machine, big fridge and freezer, warer kettle, microwave, oven. Special attention to amenities based on natural products and/or recycable. The own private garage with remote control offers security for your car or bikes. Summary: We had a very good and relaxing stay.🇮🇹 The house was, like the view from the terrace, gorgeous and big(: Everything was clean and sorted and on top of that we got another cleaning (house and pool) after a week. Renate was really caring about us and even brought us cake on our wedding anniversary.🎂 The communication was excellent with as well… we got many good advices and tips for activities👍.

Summary: We had the best time! The property was extremely well maintained! The villa is beautiful and CLEAN! Well appointed and the towels were wonderfully large! The children enjoyed the pool and yard - again well maintained. Our plan is to return! Staying at the villa made our trip to Italy pure joy. My three year old grandchild told me the morning we were leaving…”unpack nana we are staying longer”. Thank you Renate and your husband you are the best host!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped residence. The house has all that you require and the views are even better than on the pictures advertised. Even from the private pool. Host is very attentive to your needs and enormously informative on “weather forecasts”, “where to eat” and “where to buy “, etc. It was a very relaxing and joyful stay.
