Positive: Spacious villa with a nice swimming pool. The lady who owns the villa is very helpful and thoughtful. We highly recommend this Villa.
Negative: There are 2 roosters in the neighbourhood in competition with one another. They should be given a new watch.

Positive: Very spacious villa. Before booking, I have read the previous reviews. The aircon is not the best, but with keeping the blinds on all the time (like you would when is hot), the villa itself keeps the temperature nice cool and aircon is almost not needed anyway. Comparing to my previous villas that I've paid much more, this one is amazing value for the money. It's a nice walking distance to the beaches where turtles lay their eggs. It was very clean. The swimming pool is perfect for kids. Half of the length of pool kids can safely play in it if they can not swim. When we arrive to villa we had some welcome goodies left to make something to eat. Really nice gesture. Thank you.
Negative: The location is too far for most restaurants to walk, but with a car, it wasn’t a problem. On the other hand, we had mostly the near beach to just to ourselves, no one in the eyesight. Easy to keep on eye on child. Tv could have some some English channels (but taking amazon tv stick with you could be an option for some).

Positive: We arrived in the evening to a parking space directly outside and entered through a jasmine scented arch and landscape and view of the pool and outside seating area. The villa is extremely spaces in all area
Negative: Nothing except just a few ants for the time of year, but we’re not a problem at all as the area is amongst the orchards in and very quiet area. Ideally for mindfulness. Lots of nature and peace and quiet. Contacting the agent for the property was very easy through booking.Com

Positive: The location and overall the house.
Negative: For me, two factors were not acceptable !!! The first factor: The air conditioners in all the rooms are very very very old and need to be replaced immediately because the air they release is definitely full of dust and microbes. The second factor: The swimming pool is very old as well and also needs to be renovated, as the water in it is very dirty (NOTE: not because the staff does not clean, but because it really needs repairs and a change of circulating water). On the last day, the water in the swimming pool stank until the chlorine removed that horrible rotten smell. The furniture in this house is also very old, but this does not affect the comfort yet like the air conditioners and a swimming pool.
