Villa Coralby Exuma Exclusives - a 4,000 sq.ft. Villa, located in Moore Hill on a periphery beach of Tropic of Cancer in Little Exuma (Atlantic side of the island, approximately 45 minutes from the GGT Airport).
Villa Coral is one of our newest properties and was designed meticulously from top to bottom with "your ideal vacation" as our north star. Our favourite features are the pale and relaxing colour palate, the stunning ceiling and door heights, andthe unbeatable views that are provided by the elevated foundation.
Villa Coral has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 located on the main floor of the Villa and one in a separate suite with an ensuiteon the lower floor, meaning that this home can easily accommodate you and your family/guests.
With only one direct neighbour, this Villa feels very secluded and serene, providing you the relaxation you strive for. The Villa is perched atop a ridge with steps down to the beach below for easy access.The open pool deck provides you and your guests a breathtaking panorama view of the ocean and horizon.
Sand & beach conditions in front of the home during the hurricane season can change due to severe weather, tides, currents, (i.e. mother nature) which we unfortunately cannot control. If this is of concern, please reach out to our team for further clarification.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!
Other Rules:
No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules. Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.

Summary: This home is perfect. I've stayed in a bunch of VRBO's and this is the first one that looked better in person. The location is bit removed from the town (20-30 min drive). But you won't need to go to town too much as the home has everything you need for days of enjoyment. The home was exceptionally clean. The beds are soft and the view is ridiculous. You won't regret booking this home.

Summary: We never thought we would find beach views / water as nice as Turks & Caicos, but we did in Little Exuma, Bahamas. The water, sand bars, and other beach activities were phenomenal. While the roads were not fully developed and restaurant choices in the south part of the island were limited, the pros far outweighed the cons. Strong 5 star rating!

Summary: This house is beautiful with a great layout. The house was perfect for two families. The main floor has two amazing master bedrooms with large bathrooms and then two guest rooms with their own bathrooms. There is an office and a common area bathroom as well. The kitchen and living room are all part of an amazing great room. With great couches chairs and a large dinning table. The kitchen has tons of plates, Bowles, pots etc. Everything you need is there. On the bottom floor there is an additional bedroom and bathroom, with its own entrance. There is also a great Outdoor bathroom with a shower. The pool is amazing, right on the ocean with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. . The house is on Little Exuma and is definitely remote, it’s a bit of drive to go anyplace but we liked being secluded. We snorkeled off the back of the house but the reef is a bit far for little kids and boats run through the area so you need to pay attention but we saw plenty of fish and had tons of fun. We would definitely stay at this house again. As for Exuma, it a very nice island and we enjoyed. We did a boat day that went out around the area one day that was amazing and very reasonable (feeding the sting ray at Chat and Chill was huge hit). We also did a day out to Stanley key (Swim with the Pigs, sharks Etc) great day, be prepared for a long drive to and from the Marina as well as a 2 plus hour boat ride.

Summary: We couldn’t get over how well the house was constructed, tastefully furnished and decorated. A luxurious new house in a spectacular location. The beaches on Little Exuma are some of the best you will see in the Caribbean. Took boat charters on two separate days to see the variety of other beaches and islands that make up Exuma. I have travelled the world and nowhere compares to the colorful, clear waters and white sands and sandbanks of Exuma. Easy to find so many deserted stretches of sands. House itself is very well equipped with everything needed to have a great holiday with a large family.

Summary: This home had it all! It was so well thought out. The check in and out process was as simple and easy as could be. There were plenty of items for beach use as well as household items. The property manager Judy was on point! We had several meals cooked for us by a wonderful chef. We had all of the groceries we needed (as much as could be supplied by the markets). She was quick to respond to messages and answer any questions. This was an epic vacation.

Summary: This place is gorgeous, the house, the beach and of course the water! We took our family and friends of 13 to Villa coral and had an amazing time. The property is beautiful and it was perfect for our family. If you’re looking for a laid back place with amazing views, this is it! By the way, I suggest the chef service! The food was fabulous!

Summary: Highly recommend this property! The view from the deck and ease of access to the pool and beach/ocean enhanced our stay. The crystal clear waters were very relaxing. Boat and jet ski rentals were also available to us. The attention that the property owner gave to the details of the home and a guest’s comfort were unmatched. Beautiful European appliances that were large enough to accommodate our extended family of 12. We also appreciated the availability of private chefs for catering. We can’t wait to rent Villa Coral again!

Summary: My family and I had the most unforgettable experience during our recent stay at this incredible Villa in Exuma, Bahamas. The Villa itself was breathtaking. The moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by a clean and beautifully decorated interior that exuded warmth and comfort. The spacious living areas were perfect for our family, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. However, the highlight for us was the breathtaking ocean views that greeted us from nearly every window. Waking up to the azure waters of Exuma every morning was a dream come true. The outdoor spaces were equally magnificent. We spent countless hours on the patio, enjoying our morning coffee with the ocean breeze, and savoring delicious BBQ dinners. The private beach was a piece of heaven on Earth, with white sand and crystal-clear waters that were perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The villa's access to the beach made our stay truly special; we felt like we had a slice of paradise all to ourselves. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Judy. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. From arranging airport transfers to providing valuable local tips, she was always there to assist us. Her commitment to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly impressive.

Summary: I am grateful to be the first person to get to enjoy this magnificent property. From the moment you walk in you will be blown away with the incredible view, stunning decorating and amazing layout. The owners spared no expense making sure the guests have every connivence in extreme luxury. The pool was amazing and totally private perched on the edge of the beach and crystal clear blue water. AC was ice cold, great internet and fully stocked kitchen...it had everything you could ever need. Book this house and you won't be disappointed. The owners were great to deal with and we are already making plans to return to this piece of paradise in a few months. Thanks for sharing your amazing beach house!
