Beautiful holiday villa with private pool for up to 8 people, situated in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain. This holiday villa consists of two floors, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms en-suit. The large private pool is ideal for family holidays. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees and flowering plants, the pool terrace with a gas barbecue, offers seating under a covered terrace or under the grapevine covered gazebo, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The plane, totally fenced property, offers great privacy and is ideal for children to play. Each of the four bedrooms has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms on the upper floor give access to a private terrace with stunning views of the castle of Denia and the surrounding mountains. For the colder winter month you have a central underfloor heating system. The sandy beach of Las Marinetas can be reached in just 5 minutes drive by car, as well the town-centre of Denia with its many shops, restaurants and bars. To the supermarkets Consum and Lidl it's only 3 minute by car.Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 700,00 is required.

Summary: Villa was excellent,could do with a few internal updates maybe .. New shower heads and shower curtains would certainly make a big difference..overall ,great location ,nice town ,would go again .

Summary: This was our second stay at Villa Coral, the first stay in 2014. Very nice property in many ways. Good size for two families with children. Nice pool and barbeque area. Nice and spacious livingroom and well-equipped kitchen. Some components a bit dated, such as the aircondition which probably is due for a replacement. Trouble with the wifi the first days. This was partly fixed by a service man from the supplier, but still very variable quality throughout our stay. The satelite television did not work as it should, not a major issue though.

Summary: Amazing chalet with outdoor space! The outdoor kitchen is incredible we enjoyed many evenings together there. Excellent location close to cafe, bar, supermarkets and walking distance to town centre and beaches. Would stay again. Be prepared to do a complete shop. There was nothing in the house for example bin bags, soap, washing up liquid, tablets etc

Summary: De villa is een aanbeveling zeker waard. De ligging is ideaal en de omgeving is prachtig. Op de inrichting van de villa kan niets negatiefs gezegd worden. Wanneer wij mensen kennen die naar Denia of omstreken gaan zullen wij deze villa zeker aanbevelen. Ook de service ter plaatse van het verhuur kantoor is uitstekend. Het was een prachtige reis voor ons allen.

Summary: Localisation : calme absolu et repos garanti! résidentiel, jolie vue sur Montgo et mer, proximité centre, port et plage (5mn en voiture). Extérieurs : fantastiques! fleurs, palmiers, citronniers, cactus, pelouse, terrasses, tout est parfaitement entretenu : une merveille pour les yeux! + cuisine d' été fort jolie et fonctionnelle; douche exterieure abritée. Piscine :le clou du spectacle! très grande, très belle (en mosaique), plage et bains de soleil tout autour; aucun vis à vis, escaliers "romains", éclairage, t° eau 27/28°! Interieur : majestueux! espaces très vastes, terrasses des chambres fantastiques dt 2 avec une vue splendide; décor et aménagements modernes et luxueux; seule critique : aucun lit 2 places, les 4 chambres possèdent 2 petits lits rapprochés; c' est vraiment dommage car très pénible pour un couple. Cette villa, à l'exterieur comme à l'interieur, est une pure merveille! notre séjour fut parfait, réellement parfait! Nous ferons tout pour revenir à la villa Coral
