Positive: Great location, for both champagne tastings and walking the canal. When I booked it didn't really explain your in someones home using their kitchen. No private entrance. To get to the pool you go thru their home. While the pool is nice, the picture is better then it is. Unstable ground and hasn't been cleaned in awhile. While this was bare bones, Oliver was kind to let us get some coffee and croissants which was very appreciated.

Negative: Felt uncomfortable in their home, like we were intruding.

Summary: While it worked I would not stay here again.
