Positive: The accommodation was comfortable and cool. Location was perfect. I would definitely stay again. Also, I left my handbag in the apartment and the cleaner contacted me immediately! (Thank you so much)

Positive: Location was excellent with great cafe’s down the hill. We stayed 4 nights with friends joining us ( taking the bottom bedroom) for 2 of the nights. It’s quiet for Spilt . Host was obliging with with early check in.
Negative: Lots of stairs, balcony would have been nice ( but to be fair I should have realised this before I booked) 4 nights good but sitting outside in sun after a long day would have been nice.

Positive: The location was fantastic , the apartment was cute my husband and I stayed 2 nights then friends arrived and the villa opened the downstairs bedroom and ensuite so very convenient. Value for money even for kiwis( dollar so bad)
Negative: There were stairs which I didn’t mind, 2 flights to upstairs bedroom but if you are adverse to these be aware.

Positive: Central Location and free car parking on the street close to the accomodation
Negative: The internet was not working properly. Very bad connection. Internet not usable. The bathroom including the toilet is very small and the TV is not a SmartTV, so no Netflix, Youtube or so ever. You can hear the neighbours and the door to the building all the time, since they pass through the main corridor, which is excatly next to the entry door of the room. Only one small trash bucket in the bathroom.
Summary: Deluxe was only the location. Bad Price/Value Ratio.
