5 Bedroom Villa in Monte San Giusto

The Villa DeCarlonis has 5 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 17/20 people. The Villa is a completely new building and has a private pool 7 meters wide by 18 meters long, with a large hot tub area and a Gajser for a exceptional relaxing experience ! The swimming pool is complete with sun loungers with mattresses.

For your information, in the living room we have 3 sofa bed that not are a real sofas bed , but the sofas are big 2,15mt each and could be possible also sleep there ..
In the house we have a full kitchen with all appliances such as refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, American coffee machine, Moka etc. and all equipment such as dishes, glasses, forks, pots, tablecloths etc.
You have a large living area with large leather sofas, a big table for 20 people to eat together, and Wi-Fi. All guest rooms have linen available and towel sets and full bath in each room with a hairdryer. If required, there are also baby cots.
The house has a bathroom with laundry facilities.
Outside is a large Gadzebo for outdoor dining with available tables and chairs along with a large barbecue! The property includes a park of 7000 sqm!
The house is located only 12 km from the sea is close to all major services.

Summary: Leonardo is the perfect host attentive to all your needs, kind and generous. His house has all possible amenities, and it is perfectly located in a quiet setting yet not far from the coast. The whole house was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable, and since we were a large group, it was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The covered patio was also a great place to eat or spend time together. The kids and the adults loved the ping pong table and the foosball table. We plan to return again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is fully equipped and the bed rooms with en suite bathrooms are great. The best part is the huge pool in the wonderful garden with the beautiful view. Leo and his family are great hosts. We didn't want to leave. :)

Summary: We were four families from Norway who rented this holiday house the last weekend in June 2019. The house was perfect for us. The bedrooms were spacious with nice ensuite- bathrooms. The kitchen was large, modern and really nice. The outdoor area was also perfect. All the children spent hours in the large pool and at the ping- pong table. We spent the evening eating dinner outside in the sunset. Leonardo and his lovely family cooked dinner for us one night. A great experience! He also gave us advice on which restaurants to visit and which shops to use. Also where to buy shoes! Leonardo was also so kind to give myself and my son a lift to the train station on departure day. We all truly recommend Villa De Carlonis!

Summary: We are just back and I wish we were still there. We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Leonardo's house. The house was big and clean, nicely furnished. In the kitchen you could fine everything you needed to cook and if you had the feeling something was missing, Leonardo was just one call away ;-)) The garden, the patio and the pool were so great we almost did not move, the kids were happy to stay there and play (and if the kids are happy...) If I could give 5 more stars for Leonardo and his family , I would. They cooked for us, told us where the best restaurants were, recommended some local products. Every time they came, we enjoyed it a lot. It is one more good reason to rent this nice house. Next time we visit the Marche we will definitely go back there. One last thing, Rosella, if you could send me the recipe of the Dolce you made for us, I would love it. Best Sarah

Summary: There are no better hosts than Leo, Christina, Dino and mama Rosella!!! The villa is really great, new, clean, fully equiped, spacious and the pool fantastico!! Our 6 kids almost lived in the pool. The rooms are big enough for the whole family, various beds and options to change. The view is just gorgeous!! The first night the family prepared a wonderful buffet with great things from the region. Don Dino cooks the best pasta (of the world, according to the kids)! We were shown nice places to go, wine-degustation, Frassasi Caves, Prada-outlet, MonteCasaro, Fermo, Loreto etc etc. Dear Leo and family, we really hope to come back soon x

Summary: Our stay was only 1 week after the formal opening, so the grass wasn't yet green everywhere. But this was the only thing that wasn't perfect. Our group was made of 2 couples, 1 single and 1 family with 3 children (12, 9, 0 y). The house was just perfect. The bedrooms all have a bathroom and the entire sleeping area is separated by a door from the living area. Which was great, since our children were already awake early in the morning. Like this nobody was disturbed. All sleeping rooms have a mosquito protection and although it was an extremly hot week, the temperature in the house never exceeded 27°. With the windows open the sleep was very comfortable. Plus, there are no disturbing noises, it was calm and cool. There is also an extra room with a washing machine, ironing stuff and an extra toilet. The kitchen has all equipment, we didn't watch TV, but the WIFI also works on the terrace. Overall the house is furnished very nicely and was very clean upon our arrival. The terrace is very large, with a gas BBQ and enough space to sit and dance. It also has a big area where we put the beds from the pool, so they were in the shadow underneath the roof. Also our baby had enough space to practice crawling. The pool is just wonderful, very big, 1.40 m deep. Our middle child is only 1.35 m tall, but the wide entrance stairs and the wellness are of the pool made it easy for him to stay in the water. At 9:00 p.m. the light starts in the pool and it is a great athmosphere. The area is very calm, we were not disturbed by any neighbours, nor did we feel watched by anyone. Daily the trash is emptied, recycling (glass, plastic and paper) is also provided. In Monte san Giusto there are 2 grocery stores. In the next village downhill there is a big supermarket where you can by awesome meat to grill. In Chivitanova is a fish market that opens in the morning only. At 7:00 a.m. we got wonderful fresh fish and shrimps, for 7 adults paid only 50€. There are also several restaurants close by, we only went twice, since we enjoyed the house so much. As beach we chose San Benedetto del Tronto (30 min drive), where we paid 20€ for our own place with sunbeds and umbrellas. But there were also free beaches, 50 meters from ours.The sea was very clean, soft sand. The owner: Leonardo and also his mother are the best hosts we could imagine. Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Villa De carlonis very much. The house is completely new, has a beautiful big swimmingpool and without near neighbours, so very privat. All the bedrooms(5) have their own bathroom. We were with 11 persons and had plenty space for us all. Also eating outside is very nice under de sunroof. The beach is at 20 minutes. Very nice villages to visit in the area and alsoo easy for shopping or going to a restaurant. Leo and his mother are very hospitable! Maybe till next year!
