Villa degli Angeli 20 is a fascinating property, built on several levels, in Conca dei Marini, only few kilometers between Amalfi and Praiano. Conca dei Marini is wellknown for its beauty and its history, as well as for being the place of invention of the delicious “Sfogliatella di Santa Rosa”. The centrality of the villa, in the very heart of the town, appears to be its key element of strength and which allows easy accessibility to all the major points of interest.
The equipped beach is only 1 km. far from the villa. From The Conca dei Marini Beach it is possible by boat, at a moderate price, to reach Amalfi in few minutes.
By descending the fly of steps (about 100 steps), there is an excellent restaurant with typical Italian cuisine with optimal quality / price.

Located in the upper part of the beautiful Conca dei Marini town, the villa allows accommodating both large groups than small families, couples or individuals: every unit has its own gate, so as to ensure maximum privacy in case of separate rent. It is equipped with two accesses; one at the top, from the main road, achievable by a stairway of about 180 steps, and another from the bottom, directly from the town center.
Just entered the villa, a marvelous Mediterranean garden, compound in the most diverse species of trees, palms and succulents, and a spacious terrace with outdoor shower, plus a stunning view on the sea that, thanks to its position, allows the guest to appreciate from a side the Cilento Area and Capri Island from the other. On the outside, an external lighting composed by an ensemble of about 90 lights, that recreates a magical atmosphere at night. Few steps separate the garden from the first chalet, the main building, made by three floors: a french window gives the enter to the middle floor, with a spacious dining room, furnished with a big table with chairs, sofas and fireplace and whose left are placed a large full-equipped kitchen and the laundry; on the lower floor follows the full bathroom with Jacuzzi and, after two steps a double bedroom with great sea views. Going up to the staircase, on the upper level, at mid-scale, is located a single bedroom on the loft suitable for teenager, while on the very top, a double bedroom with a single bed (in case of family with 2 little children this single bed can be open and can accomodate 2 little children) with full bathroom with shower.
Via terrace, there is the access to the second unit, equipped with a big and bright lounge space with double sofa bed, a full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a twin bedroom (adaptable as double bedroom) with en suite full bathroom opposite to the entrance, and another double bedroom and full bathroom with shower on the left.
On the lower level, a renewed and characteristic garden surrounding the private lagoon lake pool (heated and with hydro massage) ovelooking the sea and the coast with outdoor shower sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a gracious bench with view on Capri Island.
The third chalet, at the entrance, has an open space, which has a big hall and a full-equipped kitchen, a triple bedroom with bunk bed on the right, to which follows another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Also this units has its own equipped terrace ovelooking the sea.
The fourth unit stands out for the nice living room at the entrance, endowed with a large dining table with chairs and a sofa; on the right side the full equipped kitchen, while, the full bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a single one, are on the left side.
On the top, the covered big terrace ovelooking the sea and the coast, equipped with tables and chairs, ideally for breakfast, lunches, dinners and cocktails enjoying the stunning panorama.
All units have air conditioning and wi-fi.
