Positive: Giuseppe, the host, was fantastic. Excellent communication and always available. The house is very comfortable and has a ton of space. We were 7, and we all had a good time. We loved the technology in the house (keys, ac panel, TV) and the clear instructions all around.

Negative: The shower on the top floor had low pressure.

Positive: Good-sized rooms with air conditioning; good bathrooms, plenty of space for a party of 9. The owner and daughter were super friendly and helpful (always available).

Negative: No air conditioning or fans in the living room and kitchen (was very hot in the afternoon in June). Very tight road and difficult to park and maneuver with a van (though not sure they could do much about that).

Positive: Fabulous property in a relaxed neighborhood, the host was always sweet, responsive and flexible. They even have a cute tortoise which lives in the lawn :)

Positive: Excellent location for us - easy access to the airport and casal Palocco. Dropped some of the party at EUr fermi station about 20mins away and picked them from Acilia station a few minutes from the house. Also accessible to Euroma 2 and Maximo shopping malls. Beautiful house, big enough for 5 of us. Really lovely and helpful hostess, Francesca - thank you for all the chocs and complimentary wine. Kids had access to Netflix and Amazon prime! Will be back in the summer to make use of the lovely terrace space and hopefully see the resident tortoise too 💕

Negative: Nothing really - love house and host Only thing is the tight space for an SUV coming out of the driveway but no fault of the host … just cars parked along the road . After day 1, we also ended up parking on the road for easy get away!
