Your search for the perfect house is over! This may well be the the highest quality build in Cabo San Lucas! Everyone who sees this house says they´ve never seen anything with this level of quality and they insist that it should be in a magazine!
Only the finest materials were used and attention to detail is beyond anything available in this area. The appliances include a Wolf stove and Sub Zero Refrigerator with inside and outside ice makers, along with cooling drawers, drawer style microwave, etc. Villa Deseo also has a custom air ride elevator to take you to each of it´s 4 floors with ease. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in granite and stone work, along with the most detailed tile and marble work set Villa Deseo above all others.
But most importantly, Villa Deseo has world class direct ocean white water views with waves crashing from EVERY bedroom! Each bedroom has it´s own outdoor private seating area. The main floor has massive glass doors on the front and back of the house that slide into hidden pockets so that the entire floor can be opened up from the spectacular atrium with waterfalls, plants, and rock work located at the back of the house, to the front expansive patio with infinity edge pool that also has a section that is ultra shallow so you can sun while laying in water. Also included is a spa/hot tub for 8 guests with waterfalls, fire pit with large seating area, outdoor bar and grill, and even a large flat screen television and high end iPad driven surround sound music system that connects to your i Tunes account! No expense was spared and the detail work is beyond belief!
Care was also taken when selecting the mattresses and bedding. You will feel like you're sleeping in a bed at a very high end hotel. And the floors are decorated with hand made Persian and Mexican rugs. And to top it off.
And if Privacy is important, Villa Deseo is located on a dead end street with very little traffic. There are vacant lots on each side of the house and no houses above the property. The house sits up high enough that no one can see the pool/spa area. You just have expansive views and all with complete privacy!
Guests at Villa Deseo will have daily maid service so sit back and relax. The house also has two well appointed laundry rooms for your use if you would like. Summary: This house is by far the most spectacular house our travel group has had the pleasure to be in, and we have been in some spectacular countries. Do not hesitate to book Villa Desao. The Villa was thoughtfully set up with an attention to detail. We were fortunate that we visited at a time the hump back whales were in the area. They provided us hours of entertainment. The chef was wonderful as is Dario and the house staff. Pedregal is a unique area that all should enjoy at least once. If we could give more than five stars, Our group would.

Summary: Property was perfect with an exception that rhe elevator was not working and if i would have had someone with us that was physically impaired, there would have been no way they could have made it up 3 flights of stairs to the main level. Was some confusion when we arrived because the front gate security had no clue who we were so we had to make several calls to finally get to the property... Our private chef also had trouble getting in to deliver our groceries before we arrived after we had made them aware in ad vance of arrival. Hi hhĥĥĥĥhĥĥ

Summary: Villa Deseo was an incredible vacation from start to finish! Ernesto and his entire team made us feel so well taken care of. Dario helped coordinate and answer any questions we had during the stay, including explaining all of the amenities of the house and car services. We absolutely loved the chef services that Villa Deseo offers. Javier, Gregorio and Christian were so professional and personable while the meals they made were really delicious. In addition to the food being great, they made the presentation so special and explained courses, ingredients and cleaned everything up afterwards. This is a must try amenity! The home is beautifully appointed and comfortable to hang out in too. The waterfall behind the dining table is a special and unique feature. Each bedroom has an ocean facing balcony. We had four adult couples and each family loved their accommodation’s. The views of the ocean and Pedregal from the infinity pool are amazing! We all were planning the next time we could come back even before we left. We definitely will be recommending this home to our friends and family. Thank you Ernesto and team!

Summary: Beautiful home with stunning views! Property Manager was always available and offered assistance with anything we needed. Property is advertised and we will most definitely be returning! Note, if privacy is a concern, just let property manager know as there are maintenance and housekeeping persons with access to the house and entering regularly through the day.

Summary: Villa Deseo was as beautiful as the pictures! Thanks to Ernesto, Dario and his team, Chef Gregorio and his team, and Hugo our driver for making our trip wonderful and fun. The house was amazing and our chef cooked meals (and drinks) were delicious! Dario helped us setup at home massages (AMAZING) and an ATV tour which was also great. Everyone was very accommodating from last minute meals, grocery runs, and even trips into town. We had a blast!
