Positive: Very close to Alcazar, the cathedral and the aqueduct. Proprietor was very helpful and called a taxi for us when we left. It was a beautiful, well kept and maintained property. We would return in a heart beat.

Positive: The apartment was amazing. We wished we had been able to stay longer in Segovia because it was so comfortable. It was in a great location. The hosts were so helpful; they even helped get us a taxi to the airport when it was time to leave.

Positive: The location is excellent— short walk to the Alcazar. The apartment is on two spacious floors. The living area is on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom is downstairs. We could park our car in the courtyard just outside our room. Wish we would have stayed another day.
Negative: This is not a complaint but just be aware that the bedroom is downstairs in the basement and has no window. It is not claustrophobic at all because there is light that comes in through the stairwell from the upper floor.
Summary: Spacious apartment with parking close to the Alcazar.

Positive: Beautiful apartment very close to the centre of Segovia. Tea, coffee, sugar and water were provided and even some sweets and chocolates, it was a very nice touch. The apartment had everything we needed and when we had a problem with the internet it was fixed immediately. We were given advice on where to eat and places of interest. All in all a perfect stay and Esther looked after us very well. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again.
Negative: Nothing, it was perfect.
