The upper floors keep five bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, and a large family bathroom. The spacious outdoor terrace leads to a 24 m² pool with sun loungers,outdoor covered lounge area and a BBQ with an alfresco dining table. Here you can enjoy sunsets, watch the ferriespass by or simply enjoy the exclusive relaxation Villa Dubrovnik provides.

Summary: The house was fantastic. The host was flexible with our check in and met us at the property-could not have been nicer. It is very close to several beach clubs and has a gorgeous view of the bridge. Its about 15 minutes in to old town which we appreciated. It was nice to be at the beach where it was cooler and close to Old Town. It’s very clean and spacious and worked well for our family. Would definitely stay here again. As the house is owned by a hotel they were also helpful with arranging transportation (this is important as Ubers frequently cancel and you don’t want to miss your flight) and stowing bags. Nearby- We spent time at Coral Bay Beach Club (5 star/great food and atmosphere) and Copacabana Beach Club (3.5 star- does have a blow up aquatic play area for kids-meh food). There’s also a chill beach bar next door and a public beach in front of the property.

Summary: We shared this home with another family (each with 2 adults and 2 kids). Tons of space in this very modern and beautiful house. The outside set up is amazing and the outdoor kitchen makes any type of outdoor meal easy. The home is easy walking distance to three separate beaches and a 15 or so minute Uber ride to old town. Ubers were simple to get to and from. Wonderful host who was attentive throughout. We had an AC issue day 1 and they got it fixed over the weekend. Great experience!

Summary: Amazing stay. The house is just perfect, having everything you might need for a chill weekend with friends. We were a group of 8 and we loved every minute of it. Def a good place to make summer memorable. Would def come back!

Summary: This was a wonderful property on the Adriatic Sea! The house was beautiful, comfortable and totally stocked with everything one would need! We cooked dinner each night in the fully stocked kitchen. Although not a huge pool, the pool was wonderful! My three kids (13,16 and 19) spent a lot of time splashing around! The location was superb! It was a ten minute ride in an Uber to Old Town. Just a short walk to a fabulous little restaurant/bar in the trees and a little further to a fabulous water park in the sea. One small fix we would recommend is possibly switching the shower door in the master suite as the floor did get a little wet and slippery when we took a shower in there. Overall this was a top notch stay in a beautiful location with awesome views and fabulous vibes! We would definitely return!

Summary: Everything was perfect (other than the pool being a little chilly at first). The staff at Pervanovo, the property company, were very responsive to emails, and helped me plan everything, including having a chef prepare a dinner at the house, a boat trip to the islands, and even sending someone over with some electric candles for our outdoor dining experience. The location is close enough to old town for the sites, but in a much more livable neighborhood.
