Summary: Great house is wonderful location. Just close enough to walk to restaurants and nightlife but far enough to be quite. We had a private pebble beach and rocks right out front. The house was very well stocked to make our stay perfect. Loved that it had beach chairs, umbrellas and a few other extras. Amazing comfortable beautiful views from the front of house both upstairs and down. Very nicely decorated and clean. The host also sent us lots of info about what's going on in the area. Would love to come back.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house is well located, you need 4 minutes to the Son Moll Beach and 10 minutes to the center of Cala Rajada. Not only that the view from the balcony and the terrace is really stunning and extraordinary beautiful, but the house itself is cosy and well-equipped and has the typical mallorquin charme combined with modern furnitures. Additionally everything up from the booking until the check-in and the time during our holidays was really easy. The correspondence with the owner, Joan, was so friendly, nice and very obliging. At this point many thanks again for this Joan. We will definitely come back next year and are really looking forward to our next time.
