Positive: Kind and helpful owners. Wine, water, fruit, tea and coffee amongst items in a welcome pack. Generously offered fresh homegrown salad and courgettes. Very clean property all on one level with a terrace to eat out with a view of local fields and the beautiful garden. A peaceful location yet only 40 minutes walk to the centre of Pisa.

Positive: Such a beautiful villa, with great amenities, in a wonderful location and with fantastic hosts. We were here for the Pisa Marathon, and it was perfect. The villa is in a rural setting, yet is just a couple of kms from Pisa centre.

Positive: Really nice welcome by Anna and Allessandro, including home made limoncello Wel equiped kitchten and possibility to use washing machine Nice house with big garden and veranda Nice green location, close to Pisa Good price for Pisa
Negative: Car is a needed Shower drain not working properly, resulting in flooded bathroom We had 3 children in one bedroom, with teenagers this did not work, so we placed the loose bed in the living room.

Positive: We were given a very good welcome, and helped to buy tickets for use on public transport. There was plenty of space and the accommodation was comfortable. We also felt included in the family as we were given a generous slice of the birthday cake of Sr. Alessandro!
Negative: A little too far from the city centre. A fifteen minute fastwalk to the nearest shop. Places to eat out also a long way from us. The kitchen set up was a bit awkward - I had to stand on a chair to reach some of the pans!

Positive: Our time at the villa was more than we ever could of asked for. The attention to detail was above and beyond Anna and Alessandro had thought of everything even down to sun cream! The villa itself was the most beautiful place we've stayed at to date, I can't see it being beaten, ever. Thank you so much for making our stay very special. Highly recommended doesn't come anywhere close. Its a must stay in Pisa. Loved every second.

Positive: We had a great time, I wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation to anyone. The hosts welcomed us warmly and took care of us as if we were family members. The house is very clean, tidy, homely furnished and equipped with everything you need. The garden was well maintained, it was nice to have coffee in the morning on the terrace. We were particularly pleased with the possibility of playing table tennis. The sights of the city can be reached by car in 10 minutes, our hosts recommended excellent restaurants and free parking.
