During a trip to his village where he grew up with his family of Sicilian origin, Lucio Capizzi fell in love with a splendid villa of character.
He then decided in 2008 to offer it to his wife Anna and to give him his name, the villa Anna was born.
Anxious to offer its family all modern comforts, this beautiful property was completely renovated in 2018.
The fully fenced villa is located in a quiet residential area and out of sight.
It consists of a private car park, a large swimming pool (12m by 6m) open from June to September, fully screened to ensure security. The pool area is equipped with a toilet, shower and deckchairs. Multiple terraces and shaded places.
The apartment is composed as follows:
An equipped kitchen, 3 themed bedrooms (Cave, Volcano and Marine), each of which is equipped with a shower room + wc
Bed linen and towels for the shower are included.
Possibility of cage beds for children.
Since the villa also has a second apartment
located on the ground floor, the swimming pool and the laundry room (washing machine + wc) are also common to the 2 apartments.
Bikes are also available.
