With a paved access and a private parking for four vehicles, the house is located on a fenced farm of about 9000 square meters and is distributed over two floors:
On the ground floor, which is accessed through a porch, we find a double bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living-dining room with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, extra freezer and complete kitchenware.
The upper floor is accessed through wide stairs that connect with the other three double bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace.
In the outdoor area there is a wonderful private pool, a barbecue area and a laundry room. In the exteriors of the house you can also enjoy abundant vegetation and plants that surround the entire house, being able to find from fruit trees to aromatic plants.
Within the environment of the house, but independently, there is also a chicken coop where guests can have the fresh eggs of the day.

Summary: We had a fantastic family holiday. Very quiet location. Meets the description of the advert. Beautiful garden. Fresh fruit and eggs. Pepe is always there for his guests. The only downside is that it is far from amenities. We recommend this fantastic villa.

Summary: Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war absolut herrlich! Die Villa befindet sich in einer äußerst friedlichen und ruhigen Umgebung mit wunderschöner Aussicht und makellosen Gärten. Der Pool ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen, mit bequemen Sonnenliegen und vielen Schattenbereichen, wenn Sie der heißen Sonne entfliehen möchten. Wir haben es genossen, jeden Morgen die Hühner zu besuchen und zum Mittagessen frische Eier zu genießen. Die Villa war das makelloseste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je übernachtet haben – Pepe ist sichtlich stolz darauf, die Villa in makellosem Zustand zu halten.

Summary: Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Man kann morgens die frisch gelegten Eier der Hühner frühstücken oder einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft aus frischen Orangen aus dem Garten trinken. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern zwischen 2 und 7 Jahren. Der Pool ist durch einen Zaun mit abschließbarer Tür gesichert. Wir haben häufig gegrillt und konnten dafür das Holz aus dem riesigen Garten nutzen. Der Ausblick über die Berge ist unbeschreiblich schön und die Ruhe ist sehr erholsam. Im Nahegelegenen Colmenar (ca. 15 Minuten im Auto entfernt) gibt es Supermärkte und einige gute Restaurants. Malaga erreicht man im Auto in ca. 40 Minuten. Pepe ist sehr nett und großzügig. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und wir haben uns dank ihm wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Summary: Wir hatten hier einen wundervollen Urlaub. Leider hatten wir nur 10 Tage um die Ruhe und das Haus mitsamt dem Grundstück zu geniessen. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein sehr grosser Garten mit viel Grün, der von Pepe liebevoll gepflegt wurde. In und um das Haus mangelt es an nichts. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Hauptsächlich waren wir aber im Garten und genossen die Ruhe, die vielen grünen Pflanzen und den Pool. Der Pool und die Pflanzen wurden von Pepe regelmaessig gepflegt. Und sollte es mal ein Problem geben, ist Pepe sofort zur Stelle. Wir freuen uns schon darauf bald wieder hier einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Summary: Fantastisch huis op geweldige locatie. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar! Het mooie overdekte terras maakte de warmte doenbaar. Gezellig dorpje en op auto afstand van de zee. Wij komen zeker en vooral graag nog eens terug!
