Positive: Villa Grazia is an amazing place to stay! The views from the property are exceptional, and the surrounding area is very peaceful. The pool is large and very well maintained! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating! Couldn’t ask for more!

Positive: The pool! Wow, did we spend a lot of time in the pool! This was definitely the main attraction to the property and oh wow did it deliver to the expectations we had! We were 2 families of 4 each (2 parents and 2 children each). The 2 older children could play very nicely in the more shallow half of the pool, the 2 babies and the 2 older ones could use the initial steps to play very comfortably. It was very clean, the verander was very beautiful with vines growing and adding loads of shade. There were quite a few umbrellas thay could be moved around to create shade in the pool steps area! The lavender bushes added such a nice smell to that area! It was spectacular! The one thing that was not sold enough to us via the photos, was the smaller balcony with the stunning view!! It had such a beautiful sunset and in the mornings, was very nice and cool for a cup of coffee! We also really loved the back stoop. It is a great place for eating as the table cleaned very easily, especially with 2 babies!
Negative: It was sold to us that the place didn't have air-conditioning, so we were well aware ot that facr. But the heat in the evenings was quite intense and some AC would have helped loads, especially with the children. But we knew that was the case and also, it was a particularly hot sommer (Aug 2024)!

Positive: Relaxing, remote place, only for us. EXCELLENT pool, also only for us :) The house perfectly equipped. And the hosts are very helpful and charming.
Negative: Air condition at upper floor would make this bedroom more comfortable.

Positive: The location is great: sitting high up on a hill, overlooking the nearby castle and Castiglion Fiorentino. You really couldn't ask for more, and the views from the terrace were wonderful. The pool area is very nice too, and the building is spacious. The owners were lovely and very obliging, too.
Negative: It's a bit rustic tbh and feels like not much has changed in 25 years or so. To be appealing to North Americans, it could use a little updating, like more comfy beds, decluttering of furniture, or enclosed shower stalls (not curtains, that's a bit 1900s).

Positive: If you are a lover of rustic and natural style, this place is exactly for those people. The house is equipped with everything, but do not expect modernity; however, the house is nice, clean. The pool is very nice. Ideal for families. Nice view. But it is at the "end of the world" - but we liked this aspect.
