Enjoy the tranquility and the unique panoramic view of the Rhine, the Drachenfels and the Petersberg. The property is practically invisible from the outside. A secluded, luxurious and safe retreat away from everyday life.
The former factory villa has a far-reaching history. In the post-war period, high-ranking politicians such as B. Sir Christopher Steel and the closest staff around Germany's first Chancellor Konrad Adenauer met here for talks about the future of Germany.
The entire property has an area of around 20,000 square meters, the house with its terraces awaits you on around 1,000 square meters.

On request and at an additional cost, a 24-hour driver service is available (standard with Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series, other vehicle types on request).
