Positive: Our stay at Villa Hidden Jewel was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of by the excellent team. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. One of the highlights for us was the amazing cooking service which is included. Every meal we chose was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and we especially appreciated that the team took care of grocery shopping, cleaning and laundry– such a luxury to not have to think about this while on vacation! The villa itself is beautifully set among lush rice fields, offering stunning views that we never got tired of. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area that really captures the authentic spirit of Bali – a perfect escape from the crowds. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene Bali getaway with top-notch service!

The service from cooking, grocery shopping, arranging a scooter and taxi to cleaning the villa, is such a delight, ensuring a stress-free stay. Eka and Ni Luh cooked such a nice (both Indonesian and western) meals for us..we loved it! The villa's design is really nicely done, offering both comfort and style. And the view – absolutely breathtaking! The villa is directly at the rice paddies and you can look up to the ocean. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff – kind, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. If you're seeking a perfect blend of authentic Bali, hospitality, and natural beauty, look no further than Villa Hidden Jewel.

Positive: Beautiful outdoor area with lots of space Wonderful swimming pool The view is amazing Very comfortable sofas and social areas Fans in the roofs that cool down very well High end soap and shampoo Comfortable beds and pillows
Negative: The service was intrusive and very bad. We never felt really welcome there. Staff didn’t respect our privacy, since they were running in to the villa all day without even knocking. They didn’t clean our room or made the beds during our 3 night stay. Also never asked if we needed more toilet paper, towels changed etc. Food was unfortunately really bad. Even tough we were quite precise about how we wanted it to be. Everything was without taste and didn’t look inviting at all. They started to clean the villa whilst we were still there, so we got the impression that they wanted us to check out earlier.
Summary: Beautiful house and surroundings, but with really bad service.

Positive: We really enjoyed the villa. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the staff were amazing and very helpful! We were really happy that our dogs were able to join as well. Will definitely stay here again!
Negative: The only challenge was the car parking situation, might be a bit difficult if you have more than 2 cars staying.

Positive: Incredible tranquil setting with a beautiful rice field view for a relaxing stay. Only a 15 minute drive from arguably Bali's best beach, Pasir Putih or White Beach. There are also many cultural sites nearby, which are listed in the provided directory. The villa itself is a nice mix of traditional and modern decor with ample space for group stays. We were well looked after by Sely, who is not only friendly and helpful, but also an amazing chef.
