Summary: We were on holiday 4 adults (my family) with my broher-in-law"s family (3 adults and a 12-year-old). The house is excellent for 8 people / 2 families (2 completely separated apartments), although when needed could sleep there 12 as well. The property is very well situated on the Lustica peninsula, in 5 km radius there are 4-5 beaches, good restaurants, Lustica Bay marina, supermarkets and markets, and so on .... Kotor is 12 km away, Tivat airport is 10 km away, Budva is 26 km away. Everithing we needed we could found within a few miles. There are two complete kitchens, there is a washing machine and iron, a dishwasher. towels, kitchen towels and beddings are provided and weekly changed. There is also a big BBQ. With the temperatures between 33 and 37 Grad Celsius, the very good sized private pool was simply a blessing. The house is definitely not for people who would prefer an all inclusive holiday with 24-hours service, but for people like us, who appreciate quality time with family / friends, who enjoy cooking / barbequing, who appreciate the rural tranquility of the place. After 2 years of Corona-break there were also a few flaws. After announcing these to the very kind property owners, the biggest problems were a.s.a.p. fixed - I am certain, what remains will be shortly mended. To sum up: we had a wonderful holiday there.

Summary: We were group of two families with children. House was very good for us. It was exactly how it's described. It's not a luxury house, but we think it was good for the price. The village was peaceful and beautiful and children loved the pool. We would love to come again!
