Summary: What can I say! Just returned from a one week stay and it was amazing. The view is breathtaking, pictures really can't do it justice. The pool was lovely. It was cleaned both before and during our stay, however definitely worth covering when you're not using it. Bring your own lilo ;) Paul and Shelley were really helpful. Paul stayed up to help direct us over the phone on how to get in (at 2 in the morning!). Shelley came and made sure we checked out okay. There's a comment about the comfiness of the beds by another review. They are a bit stiff but if you've visited anywhere in Europe, you know this isn't uncommon. Nothing a few glasses of sangria won't see you through. The ping pong table was a bit dusty and the bats a bit cheap, however good enough to get a few good games out of. There are also some lights down there for a few night-time games. We had a couple of instances of the electric tripping, however providing you turned some other appliances off whilst you did a wash, this wasn't a problem. I'd highly recommend a stay at this villa. A few things to consider: - We're all fairly keen walkers so the area wasn't a problem, however I'd recommend a car if you're not up to 20 minute walks. If you are, definitely recommend the hike to the watchtower. Great views! - Plan your week! We hadn't realised so many things would be shut on the Monday - perfect day for a BBQ though ;) - There are shops about a 15 minute walk away with a bar right next to it. Very handy for when you first arrive to get the first shop/pint in.

Summary: We had a great week at this villa. Exactly one mile from the lovely Moraira beach with fantastic sea views it is well located, just one steep hill to negotiate at the end but that gives the fantastic views, also of the hills surrounding Moraira. Pool extremely clean and very warm, 30 degrees and very useful outside shower and toilet room for young children. Only small disappointment was ageing table tennis table not the best otherwise a truly fantastic week and villa highly recommended, thanks for a great week.

Summary: The villa was located in an ideal location on a large corner plot. The outside area is private with plenty of different areas to relax and a great sized pool which was cleaned regularly. There were two large parasols and a naya for shade. The view from the lounge/dining area is breathtaking which was enjoyed eating breakfast and after dinner drinks on the large balcony leading off the lounge. The three bedrooms on the upper level all lead off the lounge but are still private with use of a large bathroom with walk in shower. The main bedroom is accessed via an indoor staircase and is huge with its own ensuite, again very spacious. This room also has the benefit of French doors which lead directly to the outdoor area. The villa is very well equipped throughout both inside and outside, we couldn't fault it at all. For those who are safety conscious, there was use of a safe and the villa is protected by an alarm system. This is our fifth time in Moraira on a villa holiday and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in and would definitely book this again. We have booked properties through Paul and Shelley previously and have always found them easy to deal with, prompt in replying, knowledgable about the area and always happy to help with anything - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
