An entire house in the heart of Brantôme, cool in summer thanks to its thick rubble walls, in a prime location between the rock and the river. The terrace features a lounge area with tables and chairs, two deckchairs, a plancha grill, and an electric barbecue. The double-glazed windows offer views of the Dronne River, Brantôme Island, and the abbey. Wide staircases with safety rails lead upstairs. For your comfort, there are two large bedrooms with high-end queen-size bedding in new condition, a large wardrobe, and a television. One bedroom has a river view and the other has a terrace access. 160x200 Bultex bedding with mattress protectors, mattress covers, pure cotton sheets, duvets, bolsters, and ergonomic pillows. Your beds are already made before your arrival. A third bedroom is dedicated to children with bunk beds. On the same level as the bedrooms, there is an entire room dedicated to an office with a library, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The living room has a Philips TV and satellite decoder (TNT and foreign channels, BBC, CNN) and high-speed Orange fiber optic Wi-Fi. There is a comfortable leather sofa, a decorative stone fireplace, herringbone parquet flooring, and a direct view of the Dronne River. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a wall-mounted toilet.
On the ground floor of the house, you'll find your secure, enclosed garage with an electric door and remote control, large enough to accommodate any type of vehicle. There is also a pantry with a washing machine, clothes horse, freezer, and a large table.
