Coastal area, sparsely populated, on the slope of a verdant hill with a panoramic view to the sea. The district called "Prasinos Lofos" (Green Hill), near the archaeological site of Amphiareion (1.5 Km). The house has a beautyfull swimming pool (5,00X12,00 m) with a panoramic sea view. The distance to the beach is about 500 m. At a distance of 800 m, there is a tavern, a cafe, a bakery and a minimarket. Markets are located at a distance of 3-5 km in Kalamos, Agioi Apostoloi and Oropos, with supermarkets, shops, taverns, cafes, pharmacies, health center, doctors of all specialties. A car is necessary for transportation. There is available free parking area. The local transportation is insufficient.
