Positive: Very clean and comfortable place. The room was nice , we had everything what we needed. The host was very nice and kind. We are recommending this place to others! The beach was near so you can go for a walk to it. The area was very peaceful🌺 Would love to come back at the same place. ❤️

Negative: We had quite a disappointing stay after being greeted very very rudely by Kasia - we were shocked because the other reviews were so positive, but this initial interaction (attacking us for arriving at 5pm, later than expected but still very much within normal check in hours) really put a downer on our stay. She did apologise to us the following day and on check out, and we appreciated that, but it did really ruin our stay and made us very uncomfortable to be there. In addition, the house is not especially close to the ocean, and the balcony we had got a lot of sun so that during the day we couldn't really sit out there anyway. Could do with an umbrella!

Positive: Absolutely everything!!! Room: well equipped, every little detail was really thought through (extra toiletries in the bathroom or books in different languages), the bed was super comfortable, and the terrace view was unbelievable!! Location: very close to town, walkable distance. Shops and restaurants within minutes from the property. Private car park available. The owner is incredibly helpful, professional and friendly! It was an incredible stay and if I come back to Madeira, I will be back to the same place!

Positive: Very friendly host who gave a lot of advice about restaurants around and tourist spots on the island. The apartment was very clean, and the view from the window was beautiful. The bed was really nice as well as the mattress and everything was arranged nicely in the bathroom. The host also left some Madeira chocolate for us which was really nice and we bough this chocolate a lot afterward

Positive: This is absolutely stunning place to stay - the view is awesome, you are close to many places - bakeries, restaurants and interesting places (playa, teleferico, viewpoints). The apartment is fabulous - clean, nicely designed and very well-equipped! The cherry on top - our host, Kasia: sweet, attentive and helpful. She is also a local guide - we've used her services and this was a fabulous trip! The experience was absolutely amazing - we are used to stay in hotels, this time we've decided to go for local experience and this was the best decision ever. Can't imagine better stay and better host.
