Positive: It is located close to the old town with around 20 minutes walk to Pile Gate. The room is nice and clean. Just around 30 steps walk up from the main road.
Negative: The shower place is a bit small due to a shower curtain added-on. But it is good that not makes water everywhere.

Positive: The best was the host, Katarina, who is very friendly and helpful. It feels like being at home. The location is very good, about 10 min walk from the old centre, however keep in mind there are a lot of stairs to climb, but the quietness makes perfect good for it. The room was big and very comfortable bed. There is a large common terrace which is great for breakfast. I highly recommend this place to stay.
Negative: Nothing to think of.

Positive: We had plenty of space in our room for 2 people. Katarina was very welcoming and checked that we had everything we needed - even getting us some fresh mandarins from the tree at the property! The location was excellent - only 10-15 minute walk into old town and the area felt very safe. We enjoyed having the sun terrace which had chairs and sun loungers. Overall an excellent stay! Thank you.

Positive: Clean. Fairly quiet. Convenient to transportation to Old Town. Lovely terraces for relaxing. Friendly hostess. We were able to have a late checkout with no problem, which we appreciated. Close to bakery and cafe bar.
Negative: Very small and dated room. Noisy fridge. Tight quarters for two adults with luggage.
Summary: It was a good place for a few nights and would recommend.

Positive: The owner (hostess) was friendly, and provided us with beach towels when we asked.
Negative: Location. Although only a 13 minute walk from Dubrovnik City Walls, it is on lane / sidewalk rather than a street that cars can drive on. Our taxi dropped us off as close as possible, but we had to climb about 5 flights of stairs, of about 6 stairs each, while walking the block to the entrance. This was fine once we were settled, but onerous with suitcases. Beds were not that comfortable. TV has > 100 channels, but all are in German

Positive: Katarina is a very sweet and very helpful person. We were very pleased with Katarina. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Our room had a cute little terrace and we had a pleasant time there. We ate our meals there and drank our tea there. The location is 10 minutes walking distance to the old city and the sea. There were markets right next to it. Thank you very much to Katarina for everything.
