Summary: The listing was accurate and communication from the property manager was excellent. The property was well appointed and clean. The location was incredible, on the bioluminescent bay and a short walk to Rum Point beach.

Summary: We loved our two weeks at Villa la Playa. The house was exactly as described and very comfortably furnished and stocked. The pool kept our toddler entertained and the dock was a good spot to watch the sunset. The location worked well for us and we enjoyed walking to Rum Point for the beach, and Kaibo for morning coffee. We found that Chisholm's grocery met our needs and is just a few minutes away. This house was the perfect place to relax.

Summary: Mrs. Judy is so helpful and easy to connect with for suggestions! The location is right in the bioluminescent bay where all the fun is at night. Be sure to schedule when the moon isn’t out;) Just rent kayaks from open suitcases and spend a day riding from starfish point or the BBQ lunch at Rum Point. Then use them at night to snorkel with the mind-blowing bioluminescent plankton. If you’re comfortable driving a boat, rent a boat for a day then grab some squid from local store to feed sting ray and snorkel a few of the reef areas. Be sure to pack goggles, waterproof night light for kayaks, and water proof flash lights. We also took telescoping rods ($19 at Walmart) so the kiddos could catch the little yellow fin snapper off dock. It’s an hour from town so be sure to grab all the groceries at Fosters on your way out from airport. We used our yeti as a carry on;) Kabio is a great place to feed fam and grab a drink on the way to way sunset from starfish point…. Be sure to bring mosquito spray!! It was a blast and lots of fun memories made!!💙🌊🐠🎣🐠💙🌊

Summary: Our stay at the house lasted 3 weeks and we loved the property. Their were 7 of us for 1 week and 4 of us for the other 2 weeks. Everything was as advertised or better. We had some minor issued that were addressed promptly by the property manager. My wife and I have rented houses in the Caribbean for over 30 years and this property ranks near the top of the list.

Had an issue with door locks ceased which we had sprayed with WD40 in order to secure ourselves, two showers leaking, insufficient lighting in kitchen at nights, ice and water in refrigerator not working, rough pool surface. Once repairs complete would recommend.
