Summary: Location is amazing. House is not... Old and decayed, rooms are hot (no AC) and you have to clean up before you leave even tho they charged us 300 euros for cleaning (!) Overpriced for what it is.

Summary: We visited to celebrate my wife's birthday. Villa owner (Andrea) was very quick to respond and helpful. The onsite staff were very friendly and efficient. The best feature of the villa is the terrace which overlooks the beach. Bars and restaurants were just opening for the season, all provided good service, El Faro was especially good, with fantastic views of the sunset.

Summary: The house and terrace areas are perfect for a large family or in our case 3 families with kids. A great location on a beautiful beach. A dishwasher and flyscreens to guard against mosquitoes would have made a huge difference.

Summary: The Villa was fantastic: location and organisation. We went with the kids and we all loved the space and the wonderful terrace over the sea. However, I have to point out that there is only a small fridge and this is not enough for 9 people in the summer for a week. An up-great or additional fridge is necessary. Also the description mention a TV- this was incredibly old with 1 channel only and broke down the day after- I think that with the price we pay for the Villa the TV should be replaced. The kids and my 68 years old mum would have definitely enjoyed a break during the hot hours. In general the place was fab- definitely recommended for an unforgettable holiday!

Summary: The Villa is perfectly decorated and very clean, exactly as described. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything needed to make us feel at home. Great terrace, awesome getting to walk around and look at the wonderful boats. The location is centrally located for everything in the area. The area around the unit is great for walking, not too crowded! We had a great time!

Summary: The property is beautiful, open, warm and greatly decorated. We stayed at this property for a sunny and hot two weeks in July. The property is spacious. The beds were very comfortable,the bedding immaculate, the bedrooms well furnished, the kitchen well equipped with washing machine and with dining table. Fabolous the large terrace and the patio, with its lovely planting and beautiful views across the gulf of Portoferraio. A large dining table was a perfect place to dine outside or any time of day. Comfortable the lovely private beach below the terrace Definitely recommended for couples, friends and families. Greatly recommended!

Summary: Our stay at the Villa was heavenly! We could not have imagined a more beautiful and special place to stay. The view of the sea from the terrace, and balcony was breathtaking. The inside is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped, the amazing patio with the straw chairs and the small tables ,favorite place to have breakfast in the morning . This was the most incredible place we have ever stayed we didn't want to leave!

Summary: Our group of eight persons (two families) spent a wonderful six days here, enjoying both the space and privacy of villa Lia, as well as trips to sorrounding locations. We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for our group. The place has such a magical and lovely felling. We felt very relaxed there. The villa is surrounded by greenery and beautifully colored plants and peace and quiet are the only sounds you hear from the patio. The inside of villa has a lot of character and we found it to be spacious and comfortable. Furthermore the kids had a lot of space to run and explore as well. Really amazing.

Summary: Thanks to Villa Lia. Welcoming atmosphere and spectacular views. It’s the best way to enjoy the Elba Island. Flowers, sun and the beach just below the villa that seemed ours.. you can reach it in any moment you want.. fantastic! The really vacation to remember. Highly recommended to all!
